🕑 Added 2024-01-26 04:59:26 +0000 UTCI used to have ankylosing spondylitis, but now it seems like my lumbar spine is protruding and I can't get out of bed anymore due to the pain. I can't move my lower body, so I'll take a few days off to check on the situation
