Life in the deep black isn't all fun and games. Even out in the Periphery, well away from the fascocapitalist clutches of the Terran Hegemony, one can't escape the reality that ships are simply expensive to properly maintain. Admittedly, Artemis and Medusa would be notably better-off if the bounty-hunting duo didn't keep forgetting the most important rule of bounty-hunting: actually capturing the bounty to bring in for a reward. Things get lost in the shuffle when one is stuck in a euphoric stupor after guzzling hallucinogenic alien semen.
With the Corsair running on fumes, the pair need to score some easy cash. Luckily, this job should be a quick in-and-out: an Enforcian smuggling illegal military-grade enhancers. All muscle and cock, but no endurance. Ride him for a load or two, cuff his exhausted ass, haul him in for an easy payday.
Another day, another job. What could possibly go wrong?
