In the eye of the hurricane...
🕑 Added 2021-06-01 03:34:40 +0000 UTC...it is quiet.
My entire life hangs in the balance of a few numbers and calculations. And all I can do is wait.
An exercise in mindfulness.
An exercise in patience.
An exercise in trusting the world to bring what is meant for me.
Easier said than done (breathe, vape, journal, reach out, walk the dog, breathe, vape, repeat) but I get closer every minute.
Take selfies while she’s working the night shift, I can’t sleep anyway.
At least it’s quiet.
