Just a quick, friendly reminder about subscriptions and refunds ๐ผ
Iโve recently received a few messages from people asking for a refund for the whole payment after subscribing 1 day โ saying it was a โmistakeโ or that they โdidnโt mean to subscribe.โ
Letโs be honest here ๐
Before you subscribe, Patreon doesnโt just randomly charge you. You go through several clear steps:
๐ Choosing your tier
๐ Entering your payment info
๐ Confirming your payment in the final step
So yes, you knew what you were doing.
And even if it was a mistake โ you still got access to all the exclusive content in that tier for a whole day (or more!). Itโs simply not fair to view the content and then ask for your money back. I hope you can understand that ๐
