for my phone it ends up hapoening more often than not — it could be my Internet connection at home, though! ill try to download some pics later today on different internet & see how it goes

If you mean the images on patreon posts, they load well, it only truly gets slow when you scroll down enough looking for older posts. I recommend setting up a different way to download the rewards, both for convenience of the patrons and for storing safely the older art. And I have a good reason for suggesting that. I've been a patron on occasion for another artist, Rboz, whose work goes back a decent ammount of years. In his older posts, the images have been compressed by patreon in a way that they've been ruined, got distorted and the resolution diminished by a lot. Also, great work with the art. I particularly love the way you use light and color (your stylization of features and proportions is pretty neat too).

I have issues on my iPad but Patreon is just weird on the iPad in general

I dont have a problem with the files downloading. I use my laptop and my phone.

The downloads are quick! I do wish I could sometimes view them without downloading since I use different devices, but the quality is really good on the downloads!

hmm, maybe they are too big :o does this happen more then often? Or only a few times? I do try to test on mine, they take time to load if they're too big. In other cases, it's the internet connection. Thank you for your comment!!

sometimes when i download the files, only a portion of the full pic gets downloaded? it shows up in my files, but the full image never comes through
