Not sure how best to share this, but I have a book/publisher recommendation for this crowd: Therapeutic Tales by R. Ostermeier, published by Broodcomb Press in the UK. Downright some of the best spooky stories I've ever read. They lean heavily into folk horror of the fictional 'peninsula', which I've thought of as Cornwall while reading. Heavy on psychological mystery, a dash of body horror, and some of the best wordsmithing I've come across in years. There is also a bit of wild lore that mixes fiction and reality through a unique easter egg in the book, which I won't spoil. They have published maybe a dozen paperbacks by different authors (or perhaps different pen names only?), in limited edition, and some of the earlier ones are out of print now. There are a few e-books as well at cheaper cost (ÂŖ5). Enjoy!
