I hope someday we can visit Jade's home planet. I'm curious to know if anyone is left or is it in ruin. I thought way back in the early chapters that it might become their home, but girls of another color might have a different idea.

I checked the girl's pictures after reading this Chapter. I had to wonder at Rachel blasting away on an elevated Kintark. But Dana, oh, that one is perfect. Well, heck, they are all perfect!

It is a huge story. You just can't put a whole story-arc into one chapter. Cliffhangers are not avoidable . So stop screaming and enjoy...

I think I'll struggle to top the Chapter 60 part 1 cliffhanger with Jade dead, and John dragged away! There's so much going on now, that I often end the chapter at what I think is a decent stopping point, and people groan at the cliffhanger!

One of these days, Tef, you're going to let the story carry you away and you'll write a chapter to it's natural conclusion without a cliffhanger. However, as far as cliffhangers go, this one is pretty tame. You could have been truly evil and ended the chapter on a scene with one of the huge dragons having one of the girls pinned under its claws, or caught in its jaws, and the mighty paragon armor beginning to crack under the pressure. Now that would be a cliffhanger.

Sorry about the cliffhanger on this one. :) I had to stop it somewhere or I would have kept on going for another several thousand words to wrap up events on Xen-Nuchek. I'll do my best to get chapter 66 out for you before xmas!

I got the email notification at 1455 EST. The bad part is that I waited 2 weeks for it and now, four hours later, in spite of all I could do to slow it down, I am waiting on chapter 66.
