I can see where they were going with the boss’s voice but let’s be real some of the lines were a bit awkward and took me out of the scene like it didn’t have energy behind it. yo Dontai if you see this I just wanna say that I really appreciate you doing the dubbed and NOT GIVING A FUCK because not only would it be extremely frustrating for you to try and read whilst watching, it would be even harder for most of us to read a single word in the bottom left screen. not to mention a lot of us like to watch you on the side or at work so having to lock in and read along is just too much. you’re so real all the time and if people wanna keep complaining about the voice acting they can just fuck off at this point because to switch languages and voice and the whole flow of dialogue this deep into the show would also just be weird af.

I like dub and I actually PREFER watching it in dub but yeah no his voice was ass. Hiring off of popularity instead of talent, it’s off putting every time he speaks and it’s not the accent, it’s the delivery. It’s fine tho, not that big of a deal.
