bro aot seasons 1 and 2 are good but i promise u season 3 and especially season 4 make this show ten times better. it's literally my top anime by FAR with so much shit to it and it hits a lot of issues like existentialism and conflict among many other things that i wont spoil. so fucking good.

I’ll say the same thing about my critique about these dumb new anime fans. They’ll sit there and praise Solo Leveling calling it peak but it’s literally just semi decent fight choreo but crazy sound design and flashy lights n color. Those same fans shit on JJK because the “writing is mid” but they’re both battle anime and JJK’s animation and fight choreography are on a higher level. Now we have those same JJK fans whining about AOT calling it mid with their reason being “the ending was mid”??? Writing, animation, world building, character development, and overall plot is leagues upon leagues over both JJK and Solo Leveling. When literally other great anime exist, but these new fans just shove those two or Demon Slayer into every conversation possible I swear these dumb ass fans that keep screaming about Shonen anime to watch have only ever watch basic ass Shonen that all have very basic plots lol AOT is far more engaging. Just STFU and let Dontai enjoy the anime or show he’s watching

While I fw jjk I totally get what dontai is saying about jjk being slow at first I felt a similar way when comparing both shows (aot being my favorite anime) I feel like aot has better pacing and allows you to spend more time immersing you into the world because it feels fully fantastical compared to jjk which takes place in the real world not a lot is left up to imagination And I also feel like jjk just throws a lot of characters at you at once compared to aot’s slow burn of getting to know everybody and the world and leaving narrative breadcrumbs for the audience
