I feel like the Western Meadowlark got done dirty. The yellow? The blend into the pattern and variation in those feathers? Impeccable. Also she's rotund and I love that for her, very friend shaped. I'm mad that there are so many unoriginal states doing her even more dirty!

Fun fact: A plague of Mormon Crickets 🦗 started devouring all the crops in 1848 Utah. The crops were saved when the Gulls came and ate all the bugs. That’s why Utah chose the gull. It’s a cool story but honestly E tier was generous.
