Help Me Rank OUAT Characters?

I had to completely dismantle my OUAT character whiteboard (it's ok, he will return, it's just a side effect of the tumultuous life situation I hinted at in this month's monthly video) which means! I have currently in my hand a bunch of loose character cards in a big pile.
I've had the idea in my head for a while to do silly rankings with OUAT characters in a similar vein to my BG3 series, either by doing every single one of them in a big tier list, or a bunch of smaller rankings with randomly selected groups. So! What are some ways you think it would be fun to see me rank OUAT characters? What are some silly categories? What are genuine curiosities of yours? I wanna hear em all!
Haven't decided if I'd want this concept to be a Patreon monthly video, or a main channel thing? The endless debate. If I make it a main channel concept, I already know what next month's video will be about anywayyyy (and it features Jensen Ackles in a kilt).

you HAVE to do what dnd character they would all play... cause i feel like so much of it would be different from what they would be or like have power wise

I would love to see you rank a bunch of characters from your favourite to least favourite, but doing the characters and their cursonas separately? Cause I feel like there are characgers whose cursonas you like but you're not as much of a fan of the character and it would be really fun to see those discrepancies

Im a little late but in addition to having categories that can be properly judged (who has the best outfits or who has the best quips) I think it would be funny to do hypothetical ones too. Like “in the event of nuclear fall out who would do the best to survive” or “who would most likely accidentally send out a mass text warning of a natural disaster”. Idk man I just love crazy tier lists that hold no actual weight at all but are just fun.
