Actually, maybe not smartphones, but there is technology in Far Far Away, in the second movie Shrek, Donkey and Puss get rescued by the swamp squad because they saw the police chase on tv, and there is also the tv presentor of the red carpet.

It would be tragic (positive) if some of the writing and animation quality from The Last Wish came in to Shrek 5 and half of this board became missed shots. I am on the Peter Pan antagonist train now, it has to happen. Felicia as a Wendy stand-in and Fergus and Farkle as John and Michael. It works too well

i am a little ashamed to say i remember ALOT about the shrek franchise it got me right at the perfect age i think i loved shrek 4 when it came out and i remember watching so much of the puss in boots tv show

i would LOVE if Shrek 5 focused almost exclusively on the teen triplets. like they know there perants have saved the world/kingdom many times over and they want to prove themselves before there ready and it ends up being about how you dont need to be a hero, you dont need to be your father your aloud to just Be Yourself. i want falicia to drag her DISTIGUISHABLE brothers alond on some dangerous adventure and get close but ultimately fail and learn that just because your growing up dosent mean you cant still lean on your loved ones when you need them. then with the power of family and friendship they defeat the bbeg and the day is saved.

Personally on my Shrek 5 bingo card: PIB:TLW takes place almost entirely simultaneously with Shrek 5, which ends with them all reuniting and sequel bait for Shrek 6: the next generation

The absolute devastation of remembering the most wackadoo shit instead of the things you want/need to remember is such a fucking mood and I'm sorry for your loss. through the process of watching this i got the idea of shrek 5 being about felica wanting to be human so she can be pretty (maybe someone talks her into this???) and so it’s kind of just a rehash of shrek 1 and 2 but with the “new generation”. do i want this? no. i can see it happen though
