Sorry for the late reply, consumed was one of the october rewards, if you pledge 10$ this month you will get the november rewards ( the 5th chapter of and she grew ) to request previous releases you have to pledge 15$ or more ( you also get the monthly rewards!), and with a 15$ peldge you can request this first chapter.
