Cómo saben, sigo un estilo de vida activo y con alimentación balanceada. En los viajes trato de seguir con esa rutina lo más que puedo y así no perder mi condición fisica pero también, porque me siento mucho mejor después de hacer ejercicio. Es por eso que en este viaje a Zipolite hice ejercicio casi todos los días, con mis bandas de resistencia y me fue super bien.

As you know, I follow an active lifestyle with a balanced diet. On trips I try to continue with this routine as much as possible and thus not lose my physical condition, but also because I feel much better after exercising. That's why on this trip to Zipolite I exercised almost every day, with my resistance bands and it went really well.

Most of the shots of the exercise that I did during that trip will appear in my monthly vlog since in Zipolite I was focused on the event.
