Buenos días Patreons, este fue el primer video que hice para OF cuando tenía en planes hacer contenido distinto para ambas plataformas, pero como saben, se me juntó mucho trabajo y otros asuntos así que por un tiempo estaré subiendo el mismo contenido en ambas y ya depende de cada quien decidir a cual se suscribe, en cual se siente mejor.
Como saben, tengo ya varios años haciendo ejercicio regularmente, así que en este video les comparto rutina de ejercicio que suelo seguir cuando voy de viaje y les muestro como hago cada ejercicio. En algunas ocasiones de mis viajes también la puedo hacer desnuda y es lo mejor.
