Great content. I think you covered most of the basics here. Although bra wearing hasn't been proven to cause breast cancer at this time. It does restrict circulation, encourage bacterial growth, prevent the lymph nodes from working properly, cause deterioration of the Cooper's ligaments, increase ptosis (sagging) and significantly increase the risk of mammarial cysts though, so it's definitely not a good thing!

It is because in Mexico the nudist communities are young and many people who never go to events think that everyone is like that, but nudists are varied in size, age, etc.

funny that you were experiencing that people believe nudists are only athletic and young. in my point of view its the opposite. people tend to believe nudism is only practiced by older people.
