“You know, I’m having a little party this evening,” Megan mentioned. “You should come.”
Jack had just finished his gigantic bowl of ice cream, his body tense and heaving, breasts wiggling with his heavy breathing. He was flustered and a little disoriented. “P-party?” As awkward as he felt in his body, he couldn’t help thinking about how long it had been since he had actually socialized. His trip abroad had been nice, but lately, with all his growth and reclusiveness, he had been feeling terribly lonely.
“Well, just consider it,” Megan said when Jack did not respond. “I think you’d like it. It’s at 6 PM. Here’s the address.” She scribbled something onto a napkin then handed it to him.
“Thanks…” said Jack, uncertain. The location wasn’t far from his dorm address. A glance at the clock had him quietly cursing. “Sorry, can I have the check?” he managed. He was late for an appointment with Karen.
After paying his bill, Jack hurried off for his checkup. He was sweating and breathless, his belly gurgling and giving those frightening, erratic tremors. He groaned and fidgeted on the medical bed as Karen dutifully checked his vitals then wrapped her measuring tape around all parts of his body, from his mountainous belly to his volleyball-sized breasts.
She made him get up again and stand on the scale. Not a regular scale, but a broad, industrial one. Jack couldn’t even see the numbers past his huge, protruding swell, but he honestly didn’t want to know what his weight was by then.
Finally, Karen sat him down connected him to some breast pumps.
“Wow, your milk production is off the charts,” she remarked as she marveled at the two-liter bottle being rapidly filled. Even though his breasts were being pumped, they did not feel or look as though they were getting any smaller. Jack groaned as Karen detached the suction, causing his right nipple to squirt milk into her chest. She dismissed it as she replaced the now-filled milk bottle with a fresh one, and the pumping resumed. “How are you feeling?”
Jack just groaned.
As Karen looked as charts, her excitement slowly fell away. “Everything looks good but…have you had any unusual sensations? Tightness or spasms? Anything that might be a contraction?” She looked worried, and Jack could tell that she was thinking about the deadline.
“No,” he responded, pleased by the crestfallen expression on Karen’s face. Despite how uncomfortable as he, he was secretly hoping to surpass the deadline. He could make this whole project a waste. Karen would even lose her funding and her achievements would be rendered meaningless. Likely, she would never again get the opportunity to impregnante another unsuspecting guy for her studies.
Jack grunted as his belly gave another forceful rumble. He just had to hold on…hold on till the end of the month.
“Why haven’t you been wearing the maternity clothes I ordered for you?” Karen changed the subject. “You look so sloppy, Jack. It’s really past time for you to embrace your new figure.”
Jack covered a belch, his body still struggling to digest his recent, heavy food binge. “Yeah…” He managed, leaning back on his elbows on the medical bed, his belly practically pinning him down. “I guess…I will…” He had been resisting it for a while, but he might as well. Whether or not he dressed in his old clothing didn’t change the fact that he was a woman now. “Actually, there was this party someone mentioned…” He absently dug the rumpled napkin out of his pocket, again looking down at the address.
Karen’s eyebrows rose. “Party?” She was putting on some latex gloves. “Jack, I have another prenatal vitamin shot for you. Quick and easy.” She pulled out a syringe.
“Yeah, but I don’t think I could actually…” The needle when into his shoulder.
Jack suddenly felt drowsy. He felt himself sinking, dropping against the pillows beneath him. “Whass going on…” A heavy fog fell over him. Was he fainting? That vitamin shot...was it a sedative?
“There you go, have a nice rest,” said Karen as the world faded. “I’ll take care of everything.”

When Jack woke up, he felt heavy and cramped. He opened his eyes to find himself in a dark, tight space. Slowly, he registered that he was sprawled in the back of a car.
“Upsy daisy.” Karen appeared, taking his hands. Jack grunted as, together, they hauled him upright. He gasped for breath, his huge belly puffing out and in. It outspanned his waist, wider than the rest of him. It was like a boulder, just so huge and heavy.
“Where are we?” he asked groggily, looking at the large house that they were parked outside of. As Jack appraised himself, he realized that he was dressed up. He was wearing a fancy maternity dress, the fabric fitted to his form.
“We’re at the party,” Karen informed him, smirking. It only took a moment for Jack to realize what she was doing. Karen hoped that the combined stress and discomfort of the party would just make him pop.
“Oh, you made it!” someone called from the lawn. Adorning an elegant strapless dress, Megan hurried over to embrace him. “Well come on in. We were just getting started.”
Dazedly, Jack allowed Megan to usher him inside.
