Derek grunted as the janitor fucked him. One hand gripped the desk while the other clutched his belly. He felt disconnected from himself, his body submerged in pleasure while his mind was racing in panic, telling him to stop. He wondered if he was somehow being packed with even more babies. Could it really be possible?
Derek groaned as the janitor reached around him to squeeze his tits, causing both nipples to squirt. He wondered if he should fight this. Protest what was potentially being done to him. He should call the janitor out for what he had done to Benjamin Whitman. What was this, anyway? Was Derek one of many? And if so, how many? Was the janitor just turning him into one of his pregnant bitches? Forcing Derek into retirement while breeding Derek like some animal?
What if Derek became Benjamin Whitman. Continuously pregnant with a house full of kids and no prospects for the future.
“Heard you paid Ben a visit,” said the janitor hoarsely.
Derek’s eyes went wide, his ambivalence exacerbating. He was wired on pleasure, panic, guilt, and fear, as the janitor pumped and Derek panted like a dog beneath him. His breasts wiggled with each hard thrust, belly rocking. It was deliciously disorienting. Derek could feel the janitor tensing up now, and somewhere deep, he wanted to say something. No! Stop! Yet his body latched and squeezed.
“He'll seem tiny after I'm through with you,” the janitor promised. “Ben will seem like he still in his first trimester after I blow you up. I’m fucking even more babies into you, Carter. Making you huge. Making you my breeding bitch.”
Derek felt a huge load slamming through him. He came instantly, arching and grunting, his body trembling from the overwhelming pleasure as his belly pressed hard into the edge of the desk. “Nrgggghhh…” Was his swell getting tighter? It was hard to say, there was already so much pressure. It seemed to go on forever, Derek’s mouth wide, eyes and unfocused as waves of sensation crashed through his form. Soon he was finally slumping down, gripping the desk, struggling to breathe as sweat dripped from his body.
The janitor lazily stroked Derek’s gleaming flanks. His belly was flushed and fuckinh tight. It felt as though it was throbbing; pulsating. Derek gasped for breath.
“Do you know I asked you out once,” the janitor remarked, his voice thick with satisfaction. “Couple years ago. A bar by the office. You sneered at me. You were a high-level executive, and I, just a janitor who mopped the floors.”
Derek couldn’t say he remembered the interaction. He was still trying to gather himself. “Is that what this is?” he panted. “Payback?”
“No.” The janitor continued to rub and cradle the swell. The babies squirmed and kicked under his fingertips. “I was just curious back then. I already knew I’d have you. I was just curious of what you’d say. I think I even wanted that reaction.”
Derek groaned as the janitor pulled out.
“You went from looking your nose down on me, to being packed huge with my babies. Begging for it.” The janitor’s hot breath brushed on Derek’s ear as he leaned closer. Derek could feel his strong, muscled body behind them. “It’s kind of funny. Ironic, isn’t it? You’re so full but you can’t get enough.”
While one of the janitor’s callused hands contentedly held Derek’s large belly, the other suddenly swooped up to Derek’s mouth. Derek’s eyes widened as he felt something being forced between his lips. It had to be a dozen pills! He momentarily choked, but then gulped them in his surprise. As he coughed, the janitor released his face, now holding Derek steady, still standing close behind him. He rested a hand on Derek’s back.
“What the hell was that?” Derek gasped out, hand atop his swell.
“Same stuff that I put in the shakes. And maybe a little something extra,” the janitor responded, his other hand kneading, practically obsessed with the bump. Then he rubbed both palms against Derek’s sweaty, swollen flesh.
Derek groaned as his abdomen shuddered. He didn’t know if it was related to the handful of drugs he’d just consumed, but he suddenly felt very strange. “Fuck,” he spat. He wanted to complain, condemn, curse the other man. But there was nothing for it. What could he do? The janitor had complete control of him. Feebly, he tried to reach for his trousers, which had been shoved down his thighs. But something made him freeze up.
“Ohh!” A bloom of pressure materialized in his core. Tightening and pushing. Derek reddened, his heart pounding. “Errrghhhhh…” He covered his own mouth with his fist, trying to keep quiet despite that he was visibly growing. The pressure was surging, his belly was visibly shifting and advancing, stretching out his button-down as Derek tried to bear it. He began to fold over in discomfort, but the janitor held him steady. Tears poured down Derek’s cheeks as diamonds of skin pushed out between his shirt buttons. Soon both he and the janitor were clutching his belly, as it grew against their hands.
“That’s it,” the janitor urged.
“Gnnghhhh…” His belly shuddered forward another inch. Derek gave a choked sob as finally came to a stop. He was left gasping for breath, feeling tight, dizzy, and fucking huge.
“N-need to sit down,” Derek stammered.
Obligingly, the janitor slid the desk chair over. As Derek eased himself down, three of his shirt buttons popped right off. He stared down at the huge mound heaving in his lap.
His breasts were swollen round, and leaking into his shirt, causing the material to turn transparent. His oversized pink nipples were visibly bulging hard in the thin cotton.
Derek looked down at his ruined clothing. He had a press conference that day. Yes, there were spares, but…he wasn’t sure he would fit any.
The janitor pushed Derek’s desk phone towards him. “Call your receptionist,” he suggested lazily. “Order a nice, big breakfast. Tell her you’re really hungry.”
Derek’s hands fumbled to lift the receiver. He did as he was told, quickly pressing the intercom for Tammy’s line. “Breakfast,” he managed weakly. “Some eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes...” The janitor gave him a hard look. “Lots of pancakes. Yeah, a triple stack. At least twenty. Extra butter and syrup and…g-god... I’m…I’m really hungry, Tam.”
When Derek hung up, he slumped back in his chair with a moan, cupping his belly while staring down at it, daunted. He swore, he was starting to look like he had a beach ball attached to his torso. It was just so fucking massive, and he hadn’t even reached his due date yet. “What is all this?” he asked, fatigued.
“It’s what you get for digging,” the janitor responded coldly.
Derek closed his eyes.
He heard the janitor zip up his pants as he headed for the door.
“When the food gets here, make sure you eat it all,” the janitor stated just before the door slammed shut behind him.
Derek did.

Ideally, he wanted people asking questions about the stocks, the hirings, the quarterly conference call, and the record profits of the last couple of months.
Of course, they were all about the pregnancy.
“Mr. Carter, when are you due, exactly?” yet a third reporter asked, looking utterly disturbed as she gazed at his bump.
Derek couldn’t blame her. He was decidedly…swollen. He covered a belch that smelled like syrup. The backup shirt he had on was stretched beyond capacity. It still had all its buttons, but they were certainly straining, flesh bubbling out wherever it could, the hem consistently sliding up to expose inches of swollen flesh.
Maybe it was time to come clean. What difference did it make? He was a laughingstock, regardless. “I know that my…size, has surprised a number of you. The truth is that…that I’m pregnant with multiples,” said Derek breathlessly.
“Apparently this is really…quite strange in a male pregnancy. It’s all been a bit…crazy, and overwhelming. But I—I couldn’t be more excited.” He gave a sheepish smile, sweating and panting, while trying to look vaguely happy.
The crowd burst into noise, countless reporters trying to talk over each other, shouting questions as Derek smiled and endured the relentless flashes of light in his face.
Multiples? That’s quite non-specific sir!
Are we talking more than two?
Was this planned, Mr. Carter!?
Perhaps he should have seen this as a good thing. Stocks were rising, shareholders were happy, and everyone was making a ton of money. Manternity Charities was a global hit…even if it didn’t necessarily have that great of a function, considering the rarity of male pregnancy and all. Still, people were certainly invested, if only by way of morbid fascination.
Derek was just trying not to pop button. He was moving as little as possible, not even inhaling too much. “As happy as I am to share this news, I will not be able to answer any…any more questions on my per…personal life…” He covered another belch, his stomach gurgling. God, he just had to get through this.
Mr. Carter, Mr. Carter—!
“Ohhh…” Derek gripped onto the podium, grimacing as a wave of tension shot through him. It rolled over his belly before easing again, his muscles aching and shuddering until any sign of the sensation had disappeared. And he could hardly believe it. Was that a…contraction? This whole ordeal had been so long and so brutal, it was hard to see past it. He sucked in a long breath, after which he noticed that the room had fallen silent. In the back, he could see the janitor there, watching indifferently, a mop in hand.
“Are you okay, Mr. Carter?” A reporter burst out.
“Is it time!?”
“Was that a—”
“It’s time — for a break,” Derek supplied, nodding firmly. “Thank you.” Then he waddled away, giving everyone a full view of his jutting profile, as the camera crews went wild again, filming and snapping away, the reporters shouting questions after him even as Derek disappeared into the building. Derek managed to extricate himself from his flank of security personnel before he made his way to his office, closing the door behind him.
His wobbling stride disintegrated almost to a stagger as he dragged himself to his desk. He pressed his hands against the edge, leaning hard against it as he sucked in long, deep breaths. Then he slid his hands up and down his flanks, marveling at his own hugeness. Not only had be become a rare pregnant male, but he’d turned out to be an outrageously huge one—carry multiples! It was just hilariously deranged!
Derek noted that his belly was outgrowing his waist, literally getting wider than he was. The idea of labor was terrifying, but also…honestly a relief. He felt a bit giddy. This entire experience had been hellish. Suddenly he was beyond ready for it to be over. “I’m finally having these babies.”
“Don’t get ahead of yourself.”
Derek looked up to see the janitor walk in with his mop and gruff demeanor.
“Those are just braxton hicks,” the janitor continued.
Derek blinked up at him, hand absently cupping the side of his swell.
“Did it feel good? Feel right?” The janitor taunted.
Derek swallowed. What was he getting at?
“The pills I gave you earlier included a strong synthetic hormone that will prevent you from going into labor. You’re having these kids when I tell you you can.”
And with that, the janitor left.

The press conference, of course, was televised all over the national news stations, the tone dictated by the media outlet airing it. Many reporters mocked Derek’s condition, while others expressed concern or excitement. Several news channels still categorized the whole thing as a hoax or some deranged publicity stunt. The more neutral media outlets tried to avoid the matter altogether, discussing the business matters of CorpaCorp’s rapid ascension while avoiding the highly relevant elephant in the room – Derek, very much the elephant.
“Oh, turn that off,” chided Amy as she grabbed the remote and changed it to the women’s domestic network, as though that was an improvement. Like Derek wanted to watch women talk teething, rebellious teenagers, and affordable dinner recipes for the whole family.
“God Derek, you have no idea how proud I am of you,” Amy said as she joined him on the couch.
Derek hardly heard her. He was still sort of dazed from the day before.
“I mean, I think it’s great that you’re already producing milk. Getting a head start. And multiples? Oh Derek, why you didn’t you tell me!?”
Despite her guise of joy, he could detect her jealousy. He wouldn’t have been surprised if she could tell that he didn’t want it. She wanted it.
Derek wanted to cry. He wanted to confide in her, because this just couldn’t be his life now. Even then, he was flustered and sweaty, his orb feeling as though it was pulsating. He nodded distractedly, though he hardly heard her words as she yammered on.
“I know you’re nervous, but you’re doing great,” Amy assured as she embraced whatever portions of him she could fit in her arms. “I can’t wait!”
