The truth emerged alongside Faye’s abdomen.
Faye got into a huge fight with her parents. They were horrified that their innocent, intelligent, perfect little girl could do something so astonishingly idiotic.
There were lengthy phone calls. Faye would pace and cry as she argued over the phone with her mother and father.
“They want to pull me out of school,” Faye told Holly a few days later, looking faded from her usually pristine state. She gave a long sniff and wiped her nose on the back of her hand. Her eyes were puffy, face pink from crying. “They say that I should come home. Godesses,” Faye drew in her knees and curled in on herself on the couch. “How did this happen? How did this happen?” she asked herself again and again.
Holly had never seen her cousin so down. She feared she felt the faintest iota of sympathy as she consolingly patted Faye’s leg. “Accidents happen. It’s not the end of the world, Faye. Everything is going to be okay.” If Faye’s parents pulled her out of school, it certainly would be.
“Why won’t Greg return my calls?” Faye’s voice was barely above a whisper. “Does…does he know?”
Faye had not noticed that Greg’s number was now blocked on her phone. And Faye certainly hadn’t seen the breakup texts, in which Holly, impersonating Faye, had demanded that Greg never contact her again. After all, Holly had made sure to delete the evidence. Best that the underwhelming lovefest saw an equally unimpressive death.
“Forget that prick,” Holly said, grimacing as she forced herself to pet Faye’s head.
“I c-can’t believe this is happening to m-me.” Faye buried her face in a throw cushion.
Holly allowed herself the flicker of a smile. She could hardly believe it either. It was like a dream come true.
-
Despite her growing body, Faye seemed to be getting smaller. Personality-wise. She became more withdrawn; less sociable as well. It wasn’t so much shyness, as it seemed like jadedness. And shock. She didn’t look at Greg at all in Theology class, not seeing the crestfallen looks he often threw her way across the classroom.
Faye was growing fast. Her belly just popped out one day. She had gone from looking bloated around the middle to looking pregnant in no time at all. Other students were starting to notice, sometimes throwing Faye’s abdomen an odd glance or the raise of a brow.
That evening, when Holly possessed Faye’s body, she realized that Faye’s growth was more substantial than even she had realized. Faye was using layers to soften the curve, but when Holly inhabited and explored her body, it was clear that the belly was jutting; bulging out round like a ball. There was a perpetual bloated, uncomfortable feeling under the stretched skin. Holly idly stroked it, suspecting Faye’s bellybutton was on the cusp of popping right out. Faye’s body looked about six months pregnant and in just the span of a couple of weeks.
Holly walked around Faye’s apartment, her hands planted against the swell. It was weird being pregnant. Holly, herself, was resolute in her desire to never have offspring of her own. So she had never thought she would actually experience something like this, even secondhand.
Well, at least she wasn’t stuck this way. Not like Faye. Holly shuddered at the thought of herself being in her cousin’s predicament. Knocked up, in college? She would have absolutely died.
Still, it was rather interesting. The perpetual discomfort. The odd sensation of being contorted in such a way. The awareness that there was actually another human being inside of her, if just for those few moments. So damn weird.
When Faye had revealed that her parents were threatening to pull her out of school, it had been a true moment of inspiration for Holly. Holly was on the cusp of having what she had always desired. Faye, out of her life. Holly just had to push things past the tipping point.
So she grabbed Faye’s car keys. It was already ten at night, but Holly thought it the perfect time for an excursion. “You’re gonna love this,” she muttered sardonically, as though Faye could hear her. She threw an ill-fitting jeans jacket around her shoulders and shoved her feet into some tennis shoes before walking out of the apartment.
Holly didn’t have to go far. A few minutes later, she was pulling Faye’s car into the otherwise vacant lot of the large white barn just off campus, the three-eyed-alien school mascot painted on the face of it. The place was in sore need of renovation and a paint job, but it had sat vacant for a couple of years. During the past two semesters, the BIO and CHEM students had started using it to study breeding and animal biology, which incidentally produced free test subjects and carcasses for further experimentation. It wasn’t as though Holly liked it. It was what it was. Maybe Faye, in all her airy, cheery, righteousness, would have had something to say were her head not buried deeply up her own ass at any given moment.
Holly had borrowed the barn key from her friend Perry, who happened to be one of those aforementioned BIO students, and was midway through dissecting one of the very animals bred here on Tuesdays and Thursdays in his physiology lab.
Holly unlocked the door and slid it open. She was immediately assailed with the odor of animal feces, but walked in anyways. She pulled out the flashlight she had brought and found her way to the fuse box on the left wall. She turned on the lights before walking around the hay strewn floor, looking around, her hands again, absently settling against the swell of Faye’s abdomen.
Holly rather enjoyed the suppleness of this body. The way the hips swayed and the thighs rubbed. She was wearing a cotton sundress that was rather baggy. It seemed more like a sack to be honest. Holly was not sure where Faye had picked it up, but Faye was still new to this maternity thing. Maybe she would figure it out. Maybe not.
The cows mooed unhappily, roused from their sleep by her presence. The pigs snorted and writhed disgustingly. Holly studied the shelves that lined the barn, her eyes running over items and labels. She made sure to dodge any stray droppings. After a while, she stopped at a particular section of supplies, and appraised them.
Initially Holly had not been certain of what she was looking for, but at that moment, there was no question that this was it. Prenatal swine feed. The type of stuff to ensure big, healthy piglets, big enough to be bred or dissected later, or just to stretch their mother’s body for further scrutiny. Holly examined the sack under the flashlight. Facilitates appetite and weight gain. It was already open. She pulled off the clip, stuck her hand into the bag, and withdrew a mound of soft, squishy, earthy stuff. It didn’t look edible. It looked disgusting, to be frank. Nevertheless, she held her breath and stuffed the handful into her mouth.
The taste was awful and she couldn’t bring herself to chew it. Instead, she forced it all down in one painful gulp. Her face contorted in revulsion, her tongue sticking out as she endured a chemical aftertaste. She coughed a few times.
“Eugh.” It wasn’t pleasant, yet it would have to do. The stuff was literally designed for pigs. She wasn’t going to find anything more fatness-inducing than that.
So Holly grabbed hold of the whole sack, pulling it off the shelf, where it flopped to the floor, some of the feed spilling free. Sighing, she gripped the edge of the sack and began to drag it back to the car.

Faye’s nipples were getting huge.
Holly didn’t think it in a critical way, but in surprise as she took notice of the nubs protruding in Faye’s shirt.
Sure, Faye was positively ballooning. She was always flushed and panting, or squirming as she adjusted to the discomforts of her growing body.
But her nipples were huge. Yes, they were attached to a big, round pair of E-cup breasts. Yet they stole the show. They were disproportionately large, sticking out, hard and erect. At least, Holly assumed they were erect. How could they not be? They were swollen prominent, probably triple the size that ordinary nipples should have been. And they stuck out relentlessly, never softening or disappearing in the shirt Faye was wearing.
Holly wondered how she had not noticed. Then again, she hadn’t possessed her cousin a couple of days. Things had been busy with midterms, and Holly found it hard to focus while possessing Faye. Lately occupying Faye out like popping a couple of melatonin. Faye’s body was always so heavy and lethargic, and the baby had started moving, the sensation quite odd.
But Faye was benefiting in consequence. She was sitting across from Holly in the cafeteria, munching on zucchini chips. Her parents still hadn’t taken her out of school. Maybe Faye was going to try to see the rest of the semester through.
Holly thought Faye should suffer even when Holly didn’t have the time or energy to possess her.
That evening, Holly did a little extracurricular studying of the old spell book she had inherited from her grandmother. Afterwards, she did a spell that could be performed on someone from long distances. It was simple enough; sort of a subliminal urging on the subject.
It was just a little something to ensure that Faye had a healthy appetite in the coming months, with or without Holly physically forcing food down her throat.
-
The spell hadn’t worked.
At least, not properly.
Lately, Faye has started complaining of hunger, though she was hardly eating. Instead she would shuffle her food around in her plate, sometimes even putting some in her mouth, but then she would grimace, like she felt sick or something. A few times she even hurried off to the bathroom. Briefly, Holly wondered if it was morning sickness again.
Her belly had continued to rapidly expand, making her look as though she was eight months pregnant, even though Holly knew she wasn’t nearly there. Faye had started to waddle, which made Holly want to burst out laughing every time she saw it. But somehow she always maintained her politely neutral expression.
“You okay?” Holly asked during Faye’s latest return for the lavatory.
“Yeah…I guess…I’m just feeling starved,” Faye said, looking troubled as she eased her plump body back down against her unfortunate couch. “But I can’t seem to stomach anything these days.” Faye cupped her swell.
It wasn’t ideal. Faye was supposed to be stuffing herself 24/7 like the pig she was. “I’m sure it’ll resolve itself,” Holly said, her mind working. She would possess Faye that night and try to get to the bottom of this.
Faye shrugged, looking exhausted.
Her nipples had only gotten bigger, looking like they wanted to tunnel through the clothes she was wearing. Her breasts were fat EEs, bulging visibly against the bra she had on. The mounds were almost too perky, sitting shelved atop her belly.
But the nipples looked truly absurd. Every so often, Faye would scrunch her face, or fidget, hands moving, as though they wanted to cup her breasts. She stopped herself short every time.
“You’re doing great,” Holly told her with no sincerity.
Faye forced a smile. “It’s hard,” she admitted. “But thanks.”
-
Her body felt tight, tense, bloated, tender, and achy.
Her ribs were itchy, but it proved an effort to reach under her breasts and scratch them because of the sheer sensitivity of the mounds.
Holly was continually amazed by the transformation of her cousin’s body. Faye had gone from a skinny, active, beautiful young woman to this plump, sweaty, matronly figure.
During her latest possession, Holly couldn’t help herself. She began to unbutton Faye’s top, peeling the material away, to finally get sight what was really going on with Faye’s nipples.
It was exactly what it had looked like. Which made it all the more odd.
Faye’s nipples were the size of golf balls somehow. Pink and puffy atop the swollen areola that bulged out like cuppolas. They were freakishly huge. Just ghosting them with her fingers left Holly groaning, her knees going weak beneath her.
She wondered if this was related to the pig feed. Holly had only given Faye a couple of doses, usually stuffing several handfuls of the gunk into Faye’s possessed body every couple of days. It was all Holly could really stomach.
Could that be causing the nausea? But Holly didn’t feel nausea at that moment. She felt impossibly hungry. Ravenous. Her stomach growled and she wondered how her cousin even managed function in the state.
Holly wobbled over to the fridge, sniggering a little at her awkward gait. She pulled out a jar of jam and poured a fat blob of it directly onto her tongue. She allowed the flavor to fill her mouth, but then froze.
She couldn’t swallow. She didn’t know why, but the jam just sat there at the bottom of her mouth. Much as she tried, she just couldn’t get herself to consume it. She made her way over to the sink and spat it out. Her loins tingled, causing her to squirm. This was an odd dilemma; perhaps a magical one. Holly suspected that she had miscast that last spell.
