Summary: Jim hooks up with one of the male interns. Not that the intern remembers. Both were pretty drunk that night. And whenever Jim has sex with someone, he always gets them pregnant, often with multiples—rare though male pregnancy may be. Jim knows that he should probably come clean, but he’d much rather watch his young intern rapidly “bloom” while struggling with his increasing job duties and figuring out what is going on with his body. Contains: Male: pregnancy, belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, and possibly more.

Sometimes pregnant people had the naive rationale that they could eat all they wanted. Men were even more prone to the faulty logic that they were "eating for two," thus could eat double the norm. A baby was a tiny being that hardly necessitated any change in a healthy mother's caloric intake. But pregnant people liked to indulge the powerful cravings. Ryan was not unique in this regard.
He was eating constantly and packing on the pounds. He indulged in takeout, baked goods, and anything unhealthy. Jim couldn't remember the last time he'd seen the intern put a vegetable in his mouth.
Ryan was doing himself no favors. He was blowing up and Jim was loving every minute of it. Sometimes he even guilted Ryan into eating more. "Think of the baby," Jim would say. Truthfully, all Jim was thinking about was the stirring of his cock.
-
Ryan was six months along but somehow he already looked due.
Frankly, he was terrified.
He felt heavy and awkward, and had developed a slight waddle. At present, he was dressed in a pair of briefs shorts pushed low by his huge abdomen, and a large T-shirt stretched over his belly mound. He had grown tits that sat high and plump on his chest, his nipples unnaturally, disproportionately large. Sometimes they felt sore and achy. He frowned uncomfortably down at them as his hands absently cupped the mortifying bulge that was his stomach.
It was still hard to believe that he was pregnant. He seemed to have blown up overnight. He trailed his fingers over his bulging bellybutton and distended abdominal flesh. He seemed to swell more every day. There was absolutely no hiding it anymore. Everyone who saw him knew. The thought left Ryan flushed.
Ryan arched, pushing his belly harder into the stretched shirt, allowing his back to decompress a bit. His sigh became a shuddering breath as the crisp cotton dragged against his dark pink nipples. The nubs were just so sensitive lately. Ryan raised his hand toward his chest but didn't dare make contact.
For the umpteenth time, he wondered how something like this could happen to him of all people. He was Ryan. He was fast, nimble, and wild. He was high energy; a busybody. He rode rollercoasters, went skydiving, and did watersports. Some people thought him an adrenaline junkie. But it wasn’t the adrenaline, he was a natural-born adventure seeker. Always moving. Sometimes he couldn’t stay still.
But now he was slow, fat, and waddling. He was packed with fucking baby. He was a mother-to-be. Him. Pregnant. The very thought was mortifying.
Sometimes Ryan thought back to the night at the club when this whole thing had started. He had never had any reservations about cheating on Penny. Mammals weren't monogamous. It was all just natural. Sleeping with men was just another thing he seemed naturally inclined towards, though it didn't coincide with his privileged life and lofty career goals. Ryan had been hooking up with men since high school and was usually the taker rather than receiver. Something like this had never happened before—hadn't even crossed his mind. It was like an urban legend. A sick joke. And now it was him.
Ryan couldn't recall the guy who had put this baby in him. It had been late and dark in the back room they had stumbled in. The music at the club had been painfully loud, the both of them wasted. Ryan couldn't even remember how it had felt. Couldn't tell if the sex had at least been worthwhile. And now that sex was completely destroying his life.
This was probably karma for cheating on Penny. And it had indeed been cheating, much as he told himself he was just following inherent instinct.
Now Penny was gone and Ryan was left with an apartment he couldn't afford, and he was too busy, exhausted, and overwhelmed to seek out alternatives. Not that he had an abundance of options. He was getting eviction notices, and no one was going to hire a person so visibly pregnant—especially not when that pregnant person was a man. This internship was his only hope, yet the prospects of a job offer were almost ludicrous. Ryan was sure that the company was just stringing him along to eventually let him go.
The whole predicament was a shit show and Ryan didn't know what else to do other than show up to work, day after day, and go through the motions as he waited for his life to erupt in flames. He was facing joblessness. Homelessness. A fucking baby.
And he was terrified.
"Mghhh..." Ryan hummed, rubbing his belly as he felt a strong lurch from within. It heaved slightly, and he didn't know if it was his muscles clenching or the actual creature inside of him.
He made his way over to his bed, and as he eased himself down, his nipples stung worse than ever before, causing him to grunt. There was the sensation of wetness and he opened eyes he hadn't realized to be clenched shut. He slowly looked down at his chest and stared in disgust at the damp spots steadily forming on the front of his shirt. "Oh god."
-
Ryan was coming along, really coming along. He was huge and flushed, and looked utterly ridiculous with his custom-made button-downs stretched over his rapidly expanding midsection. His breasts were plump and his nipples were particularly large, looking ready, oh, more than ready.
Ryan was perpetually flustered, overwhelmed, and miserable. He breathed heavily and struggled through every task. Simple things took him ages but he was truly trying his best, holding his back or clutching his belly, waddling as fast as he could between doing errands or delivering paperwork. The times that he sat down to process reports at his desk seemed to be a true relief for him, his belly setting in his lap as it gently heaved with his quiet panting.
Everyone stared at him, some looking blatantly offended by Ryan's state. Others awed, intrigued, even horrified by it. There was no hiding it. Everyone knew. The prized intern was knocked up, really knocked up. And it made no sense.
There were mutterings, "How much longer does he plan to keep working?"
"He looks ready to drop."
"It'll save them the trouble of firing him."
"This is getting ridiculous."
-
They were alone in Jim's office one evening and Ryan had taken a break to lean on the wall, breathing deeply. He did that sometimes, his small body truly burdened by the pregnancy. "There's a baby inside of me," he said, eyes snapping away from the ceiling to meet Jim's, a little panicked. "God, I'm so full." His hands were pressed to his stomach, so firm and round where it bulged from his body.
Jim also laid his hands against Ryan's stomach. He just couldn't help himself.
"We can't," said Ryan, his eyes darting about. It was a little after hours, but there were still others in the office. Veronica was still finishing up at her desk just outside the door and could wander in at any moment. "What if—"
"Who cares," Jim cut him off, smashing their lips together in a rough kiss, pressing the younger man into the wall. Ryan kissed him back, a needy moan forming in his throat. His huge belly was pressed between them, and Jim could feel their children stirring. Ryan wasn't even nearly done growing. After all, the third trimester was when the fetus grew the most.
Jim cupped the mound roughly, so plump, so round. His hand slid under Ryan's shirt, feeling the skin. Jim's kisses moved down Ryan's neck to his collar bone, then Jim found himself mouthing the intern's shirt, at his tits, and those big fat nipples. Ryan grunted and mumbled a weak protest as Jim started unbuttoning the fabric. "Ohhhh..." Ryan's cheeks flushed crimson, and suddenly the white material of his shirt darkened over his breasts, it was—dampening. His nipples stuck out more prominent against the material, showing pink as it got wetter and became transparent. Then the cotton began to drip.
"Fuck," Jim breathed.
Ryan looked mortified.
"It's beautiful," Jim added quickly, already salivating. "You're getting ready to feed them."
"It's disgusting," Ryan retorted. "I'm a man. I shouldn't have these—things. Christ, I need a fresh shirt."
Jim held Ryan's waist and guided him to Jim's own desk chair, Ryan looking a little meek as he eased himself down against the Italian leather.
Jim got down to his knees as though he was at an altar. But instead he worshipped Ryan's belly, nosing it covetously, rubbing and kissing it through the cotton, steadily undoing the buttons despite Ryan's feeble protests.
Jim allowed one of his hands to slide to the underside of Ryan's belly. "You're hard."
"I"m—always—" Ryan broke off with a groan as Jim gave it a squeeze. Ryan leaned back, face sweating. "It's this p-pregnancy. It's normal. I think."
"You're getting really big," Jim noted as he rubbed and Ryan twitched. "Not even due. Not nearly. God you're only six months, aren't you?"
Ryan groaned. "I uh...I'm not that—"
"You're huge, Smith. You look ready to pop. Everyone thinks you'll give birth at any moment."
"God," Ryan breathed.
"But you're not going to, are you? You're just going to keep getting fatter."
Ryan came against the underside of his mound. Jim chuckled.
"I want you to come home with me tonight. I want to see it properly."
Panting, Ryan looked up at him, with due uncertainty. Despite it he nodded. "Okay," he breathed.
A slow smile spread over Jim's lips as he thought of all the things they could get up to.
-
Every time they fucked, Jim imagined he was loading Ryan with more babies, making him huge. God he was big for his stage. Jim wondered how many Ryan had in there. It had to be a lot. He wondered how big he could make Ryan. He thought about the size Ryan would get up to right before he dropped. Sometimes Jim thought of Eli, and how likely it would be that Ryan would surpass his size. Jim was fairly certain that Ryan’s eventual belly would make Eli's present bump look like nothing. Jim just had to play his cards right. He had to stretch this out as long as possible, had to make sure Ryan was filled to capacity and beyond.
He had ordered cream puffs. A dozen boxes of them. He thought them to be metaphorically appropriate. They were buttery, creamy, sweet, and fattening, and were each the perfect size to be popped into one's mouth, chewed up and swallowed without much hassle.
Jim had Ryan eat them while he was fucking him. He paused at certain times to make sure the kid didn’t choke. God, this was demented.
"C-can’t eat another," Ryan groaned out halfway through the night.
Jim paused, breathless as he was, hard as it was to get his hips not to twitch, when he was so deep and tight and warm. His chest was to Ryan's back, and Jim wrapped his arms around the younger man, cupping Ryan's flushed, heaving abdomen. Ryan groaned.
"C'mon Smith, do it for me. I wanna see that belly blow."
Ryan squeezed his eyes shut, face contorted in discomfort. His belly shuddered. "It’s already--too big," Ryan gasped out, strained and pink.
"And fucking sexy. It's so hot, Smith. You look amazing."
Ryan arched and whined, his belly trembling worse.
Jim slid his hands down to hold Ryan's hips which looked so disproportionately slim compared to his midsection. God, the belly looked massive on Ryan's narrow build. Jim drew them closer and deeper, causing Ryan to whine out.
"Doesn't it feel good?" said Jim huskily on Ryan's nape. "So tight, to be stretched so tight."
Ryan moaned.
"I want you to fill that belly more. Do it for me."
After a clear struggle to catch his breath, Ryan mopped at his face with one hand, the other cupping his heaving midsection. But then he reached out to the night stand where the pastry boxes were piled. He grabbed another cream puff up and stuffed it into his mouth. He’d already stuffed down far too many to count.
"Keep going," said Jim, barely able to hold to together. Sparks of sensation shot through his core. Ryan forced down another pastry, then whined out, his belly absolutely quaking. And as Jim watched Ryan's flushed belly tighten and strain right before his eyes, he lost himself entirely.
