Laura opened the package with trembling fingers. She was sitting in the living room of her college dorm, punk rock music blasting, and her backpack and tennis gear dumped unceremoniously on the floor. Laura had one dorm-mate name Stephanie, but the girl was practically a ghost, as she spent most of her time out partying or just hanging out with her boyfriend.
Laura was spunky and energetic. Some even called her a tomboy. She didn’t fight it, as she didn’t necessarily disagree. Her parents had always called her “rambunctious,” which she supposed was a nicer way of putting things.
Laura’s tops ranged from tanks, t-shirts, or the occasional bandeau or belly shirt, but she absolutely loved wearing skimpy hot pants almost daily to show off her thighs. Though Laura had a great body, she was admittedly lacking in certain areas. Laura threw an anguished glance down at her chest, and the little breasts there. She was positively desperate to get her crush’s attention, and she knew from a good authority that Miles was a breast-man.
Laura finally finished opening the box. She uncovered a large bottle of pills marked- Swendelled: The #1 Breast Growth Supplement. Laura had done a quick browser search, and this product was the first thing that had popped up in her quest for larger breasts. She quickly undid the cap. The dosage said 1 pill daily but she popped two in her mouth. She wanted this to start working as quickly as possible.
In the days that followed, Laura’s appetite surged. She found herself ordering food in at least twice daily, and purchasing large amounts per each meal, sometimes enough for three people. Even when she wasn’t dining, she was snacking constantly. Going to and from lectures, she found herself munching on pretzels or chips. During class she would discreetly stuff donut holes into her mouth.
Stephanie came into the dorm one day to sight Laura munching her way through a whole bag of burritos. Stephanie wrinkled her nose. “Eugh.”
Laura blinked up at Stephanie, surprised by the rare sighting of the other girl.
“You’re lucky you have a fast metabolism,” said Stephanie snottily. “If I ate like that, I’d blow up in no time.”
Laura just shrugged. She covered a belch and smiled. She seemed to be in a constant state of hunger. Laura vaguely wondered if it was related to the drug, but then just brushed it off. It wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, and like Stephanie had said, Laura’s metabolism was fast.
At the two week mark since she had started the drug, Laura did a careful inspection of herself in her bedroom mirror. She idly tugged at the back of her hot pants, trying to dislodge a stubborn weggie.
She was disappointed to see no discernable difference in her chest size. Her breasts were as small and unimpressive as ever. A frown tugged at Laura’s lips, but she tried to stay optimistic. She was willing to wait longer. She would continue to diligently take two pills daily, and see how things looked in another week or two.
Laura absently scratched her backside, fingers digging into a growing layer of softness here. The skin had been irritated lately. She was certain she had gotten a bug bite, or perhaps was developing some sort of mole there.

Lately, Laura’s hot pants seemed to fit her more snugly than usual, her crack bulging out over the top, but she hardly noticed. She was accustomed to the comforting tightness and she didn’t really pay attention to how her skin was truly pushing and straining around the edges, or how her ass was progressively swelling, stretching the already-taut material to its limits.
Laura stopped playing tennis as much. It cut too much into her eating time, and she was pretty sure her gym shorts had shrunk in the wash. Laura was feasting on a couple of cheeseburgers with fried cheese curds in the living room one evening when Stephanie made another rare appearance, entering the dorm with several shopping bags in hand.
Laura belched in surprise.
“Eugh.” Stephanie made a face like Laura had done it on purpose.
“Sorry,” Laura managed, before covering her mouth against another enormous belch. She blushed. Though tomboyish, this certainly wasn’t intentional. Her stomach gurgled and she belched again.
“Hilarious,” said Stephanie, rolling her eyes.
“No, I didn’t mean to—” A huge fart tore out of Laura’s ass, her eyes going wide and face turning bright red. “Sorry,” she squeaked, fanning the air with her hand.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” Stephanie snapped.
“Oh, stop being such a prude,” said Laura, before snapping her mouth shut in case another belch came up. She heaved herself off the couch, not noticing as Stephanie’s eyes went wide at the sight of Laura’s huge round ass looking ready to burst free of the hot pants.
Laura went to the bathroom, ass bobbing behind her. She gave an unimpressed snort to her mirror before dumping the remainder of the supplement down the toilet. “Useless,” she grumbled. Her ass bounced slightly, and for once, she paused to consider it. Laura turned her back to the mirror and craned her neck to register how big her backside had gotten. Really big. Just bulging out behind her like Nicki Minaj’s, but actually bigger. Her hot pants was practically a thong by then. Laura supposed all her pigging out had actually had consequences, though she was pretty sure Miles wasn’t an ass-man.
“My demented little consolation prize,” she muttered bitterly, before going off to her room. She plopped down on the bed, but winced, and opted to sleep on her stomach.
In the morning, Laura’s ass was tingling and hot. She shifted, and started to get up, when she heard a tearing noise. Her pajama pants had torn apart! She could tell that her ass had swollen even more, feeling like basketballs bulging out behind her.
“What the hell…” Laura carefully got up and went to the mirror, turning her back to it. She was shocked to see that her ass appeared to be—tits!? The globes were swollen and round, with huge, unmistakable nipples bulging from each.
“Oh my god.” Laura blinked hard, certain she was imagining it. She prodded one ass cheek carefully, and to her shock, the nipple began to drip something white. Milk!?
Every move she made caused the mounds to jiggle, and now both were leaking. One squirted and she groaned.
Laura grabbed a large scarf and wrapped it around her hips, trying to support the swollen mounds while soaking up the milk. What the hell was she supposed to do with these things!? Laura was just starting to hyperventilate when there was a knock on her bedroom door.
“Laura, you up?” Stephanie called. “Miles stopped by to see you.”
