The birth was long, slow, and arduous, but it was almost suiting to be on the beach, in the sand, at sunset together, as she strained, whimpered, and pushed out a multitude of creatures, with Tom at her side, holding her hand. Her belly shuddered and quaked, feet scrambling helplessly as she groaned and strained, struggling against the great mass pinning her there. “T-tom—what are they?” she gasped out.
Tom looked mystified. “They—they’re everything.”
Cats, dogs, various eggs, a calf, tigers, various other farm and zoo animals, even some of the seemingly mythological creatures she had started producing in her more recent births. It was a menagerie of every creature she had given birth to, like an encore to an epical conclusion. She suspected it was her longest birth yet, and she found herself sobbing into Tom’s shirt as he comfortingly stroked her hair, her back, and her mass.
Her breasts squirted. By then each had outgrown the bikini cups, and had popped right out.
Then it was over.
The two laughed together. Cried together. Then she had only enough energy to reaffirm her “yes,” to Tom’s proposal, before she fell into a deep, long sleep.
When she awoke, two days had passed. She was tucked into bed, an IV drip in her arm. Dr. Struges had come all the way to the island to check her out, and congratulate her on her last birth.
“I kept a kitten. For my niece,” Sturges said, pleased, but also rather wistful. Maggie supposed they all were.
“I handled the rest,” Tom assured. “I flew all the animals out to our partners at the aquariums, farms, zoos, and sanctuaries. Most will be released into the wild once they’re old enough to survive.”
Maggie nodded wearily. “I just can’t believe it’s over.”
Tom leaned down and kissed her. It was their new beginning together. The first step for Maggie was figuring out who she was outside of the animal pregnancies.
A few days later, she was up and about. Gone was the massive globe that had dominated her torso, in its place, a smaller, softer version. A plump ball of fat that was malleable rather than firm. It made her look as though she was overdue with twins, but she would take it over being completely stuffed with squirming, wriggling creatures.
Her six breasts were massive, volleyball-sized mounds that bobbed around with her every movement. Sturges had assured that they would go down in size with time, but at present, they were heavy and bloated, dripping milk from her swollen nipples and wobbling about with her every movement.
But over time, her breasts didn’t shrink, they only seemed to become more engorged. And her belly was developing an underlying…firmness to it. Maggie and Tom were immersed in wedding preparations and hardly paid it any mind, but when Maggie could no longer fit into her bridal gown during a routine fitting, the cause of the symptoms seemed clear. A pregnancy test confirmed it.
“He lied,” Maggie said, utterly devastated. “After all this time and work—that goth brat lied to me!”
“Maybe it’s a misunderstanding,” said Tom uneasily, trying to be optimistic. His hands were already roving over her body, rubbing her belly soothingly.
“I have to find him.”
Tom agreed.

The flight was long and stressful. Maggie was just glad that Tom was wealthy enough to afford a private jet. She had Tom’s driver take her straight to the goth kid’s apartment. He was decidedly surprised to see her, his eyes pinned to her gut.
“You said it was over,” said Maggie, flushed, breathless, and wanting only to sit down. She leaned heavily on the wall, clutching her large abdomen. “You said a year. You said—”
“Wait a minute,” the kid cut her off. “It is over. Well, it should be, the spell only…oh.” His eyes widened, as though there was something he could see that she couldn’t. An amused smile crossed his face. “What do you know. Pregnant the old fashioned way.”
“W-What?” said Maggie.
“Babies. Infants. Humans. You’re not carrying animals, you just got yourself knocked up. Good old human dick did the trick.”
“Fuck,” Maggie breathed.
“Exactly!” said the goth.
Maggie refrained from hitting him. “Fuck,” she repeated, looking down uneasily at her swollen belly. “Tom’s gonna…he’s gonna be—ecstatic.”
-
And indeed Tom was. He was grinning like a lunatic even on their wedding day.
She almost hadn’t made it, but she had pushed herself, and strained to make it happen.
She felt like she was about to drop. She looked it as well. Her belly was a massive swell in her dress, resembling a bolder in its hugeness. The gown had been altered several times, but still proved to stretch tight over her mass on her wedding day, breasts bulging heavily against the V-neck.
Her gut churned and quaked as she huffed and puffed, and struggled to keep the children contained. She just had to get through this, just a few more minutes.
“I do,” said Tom, and she had missed everything preceding it, but it didn’t matter. All that matter was this moment.
“And do you take Tom Bennett to be your lawfully wedded husband?”
“I do,” Maggie managed. And they came together, them and their babies. Her belly tightened and shuddered, but she didn’t care. She kissed Tom and he ushered her into her new life together.

Haha, love that cute twist ending. Glad to see she could keep nice and round without worrying TOO much.
