“Hey guys, Matty G here! For those who just dropped in, I am on Sims 4, currently doing the 100-baby challenge, as promised. I am marathonin’ it. Not stopping ‘til there’s 100 fucking babies. Please remember to smash that like button, and subscribe. It really helps out my channel a lot,” said Matt as he clicked through game options rapidly.
As a long-term gamer with a preference for first-person shooters, Matt had never played Sims 4, but it seemed pretty straight-forward.
He chose actions with quick precision but tried to talk casually throughout the stream. “This is kind of demented. I mean, I’m a dude. My Sim’s a dude.” He chuckled to his viewers, 23K and counting. “I can’t believe I’m doing this shit. Whose suggestion was this again?”
Out of nowhere, Matt’s computer glowed blue. Like, the whole monitor. “What the hell?” Matt muttered, flinching from the brightness. “Yo, am I being hacked? Are you guys seeing this?”
The glow burst from the screen, blinding and encompassing him. The next thing Matt knew, he was sprawled back across an unfamiliar couch. He sat up, rubbing his eyes.
He had to be tripping. “What the hell was in that coffee?” Because as Matt looked around, he could swear he was in his Sims house. Like, if it was real. “Am I being punked?” he called, but his voice echoed through the largely empty house. There were a few pieces of furniture but nothing personal. And everything looked weirdly unblemished, uniform, and clean.
-
The neighborhood was as bizarre as the house. The people were robotic. They each produced only a few generic sentences no matter what Matt asked them. Half the time, they flailed and babbled in some weird alien language. Matt began to realize that he really was in the Sims, insane as that was.
He had awoken in the game, wearing not only a set of generic-looking clothes, but also a digital watch with no numbers across the LED. Instead there were words:
Objective: complete 100-baby challenge to go home.
-
There was a lot of awkward chatting. Maybe Matt had some sort of advantage because his vocabulary was comprised of more than a handful of words. It was easy to charm the other sims. “I can’t believe I’m doing this,” Matt muttered the first time he brought a guy home. Matt wasn’t even gay. I mean, there had been that one time in college. But everyoneexperimented. Yeah!
“This is great!” said Ted. It was one of his four phrases. “Hey, is that a computer?” Ted pointed at a generic-looking PC in unmitigated excitement.
Matt needed a drink. Or several. “Knock yourself out,” he said as he headed to the kitchen.

It had not been as violating as he had expected it to be. It wasn’t like sex with a person, more like a toy or something. It had actually felt rather nice. The following day Matt didn’t know what to expect, so he went scrolling through his phone contacts, looking for more sims to lure over, when out of nowhere, his belly popped. Matt yelped. He cupped the round and bulge, staring down at it, aghast.
For the rest of the day, Matt rapidly inflated. His belly grew in random spurts, but left him arching and groaning as it visibly pushed out. In the matter of hours he looked as though he had an inflatable beach ball attached his torso. “Guhhh…” he groaned, rubbing his flanks. “Just a game,” he told himself. None of this was real anyway.
-
The birth was surprisingly easy. Sure, the machine was freaky, but once Matt got past the fear of the contraption dissecting and murdering him, he was clutching a stereotypical bundle of joy that gurgled up at him with its pink, cherubic face.
The LED of the watch now said 1/100, which seemed a daunting ratio, and made Matt gulp.
The pregnancy had also left his body unexpectedly changed. Matt was certain that his hips were rounder than they have ever been before. His pecs had softened. He now has bulges of fat on his chest that were perky and plump—what could only be described as a small pair of breasts.
“This is so weird,” moaned Matt, even as he texted Kurt to see if he wanted to “hang out.” The newborn began to cry from its crib in the next room. “Fuck,” Matt muttered, hurrying to check on it.
-
He was 50 babies in. That was progress, right? Strangely he just felt like he was digging himself deeper into trouble. He had a baby on each hip, one strapped to his back, another on his chest, and a toddler tugging at his pant leg.
He was flushed and sweaty, face fuller, backside pumper, body softer, with a bloated pair of DD-cup breasts, from which the baby on his chest was presently nursing. His belly was bigger than it had ever been before. Matt’s last few pregnancies had yielded multiples. Unsurprising, considering how hard he had been going at it with the NPCs. His belly was a swollen bolder of a mass, and he was anticipating another growth spurt at any moment. “God I have to sit down,” Matt moaned, waddling carefully through the maze of children crawling around the kitchen floor.
“Just 50 more,” he reminded himself in a whimper. 50 more babies and he could go back to the real world.
