God the pleasure was unreal. He had become a fat freak but the pleasure was unreal.
Justin's mound was bulging even out of shirts he had purchased recently. He was growing so much and so fast. He swore, he looked as though he was eight months pregnant by then.
He ordered a pregnancy girdle online and it was embarrassing even to unpack it in the privacy of his bedroom. It was a struggle just to figure out how to get it on. There was a lot of grunting and fumbling as he deliberately compressed his mound within the confines of the stretchy material. By the time he finished getting it on he was gasping and sort of chuckling at how ridiculous he looked. He was breathless and fidgety under the unquestionable discomfort but he figured he'd get used to it. Besides, he needed something to stand between his huge sensitive nipple and the constant rubbing of his cotton shirts.
Justin made his way over to the mirror and examined himself. The mound was less bouncy and even a bit smaller-looking. It had become firm and compacted to the degree that it now appeared spherical rather than tear-shaped. He just looked like a pregnant man.
Justin pulled his shirt back on. It fit now but only just. As he started to move he could really appreciate the support the girdle gave to his back. With a sigh he exited his room and went into the kitchen with a couple of books in hand.
Kyle was there putting together a very basic ham sandwich. He threw Justin a glance and grinned. "God you look sexy all fat and round."
Justin rolled his eyes but couldn't hide his amusement. "You just like my milk baby," he said, lightly patting his belly.
Kyle snorted.
Justin dumped his textbooks on the kitchen table and plopped down in a chair, intending to get some studying done.
For an hour he tried to focus on his coursework and not the other things he could be doing if he got Kyle involved.
Justin couldn't spend all his time getting off, after all. It was a lot. And if he wasn't mistaken, all the stimulation was making his growth really surge lately. The girdle almost felt like it was getting tighter by the moment but he knew it was all in his head. Justin tried not to think about it too much.
Two hours passed, during which Justin probably only got in a half hours worth of studying. Despite it he felt stiff and weary. He pushed back his chair.
"Time for a break?" Kyle called from the couch. The amount of attention he was directing Justin's way was both unnerving and exciting.
"I, um..."
"I think you should take a break," Kyle asserted, already standing up and closing in. He put his hands on the arms of Justin's chair, leaning in close.
"Kyle..." Justin muttered, getting breathless as Justin's hand reached down to cradle the mound against Justin's lap. Then Kyle paused. "What is this thing?" he said in confusion as he drew Justin's shirt up. Justin felt his cheeks warm as the girdle came into view. "What the hell?" said Kyle. "It's like a gut bra." He burst into full laughter.
"It’s an, erm, a pregnancy girdle," said Justin, his cheeks only getting hotter.
"Oh god," Kyle laughed harder.
"Hey, its lot of strain on my back," said Justin. "I'm probably carrying gallons sometimes. And it bounces around all over the place."
"Not when its full," said Justin, recovering as he wiped some tears out of his eyes. "It gets so tight."
"I'm not sure which is worse."
Justin's shirt was now bunched up over the contained mound. He gasped as Kyle unlaunched the girdle, causing his belly-breast to push out. As proud as Justin had been to get himself into the girdle only a little while earlier, it was a surprising relief to be freed of the tight confinement.
"Hello there," said Kyle, giving the huge nipple a squeeze and causing it to squirt.
"Mmmm…" Justin hummed, his eyes fluttering. "N-not ready yet." They had just done this yesterday, after all.
"So?"
"Kyle…ohhhh…"
Kyle sucked him anyway. He only managed to draw out small amounts of milk but he seemed entirely satisfied with that.
-
Kyle knew that the more he stimulated Justin's belly-breast, the more it would expand.
It seemed to be working.
Justin was not just filling, but growing.
Justin was now begging to be sucked after Kyle had drained him just three days earlier. He used to last over a week before he truly needed it.
By then he looked at term with child—heavily pregnant, but bouncier. The nipple was huge; bigger than a golf ball. The areola was a puffy pink plate of flesh beneath it.
And Justin now had a pair of breasts on his chest. Small ones that were about B-cups by then. They were too round and too full and Kyle could tell that those were getting engorged as well.
He wondered if Justin noticed yet. Likely, he had noticed the growth but perhaps not the engorgement.
Justin was becoming a one-man milk factory and was even starting to accept it. Not without Kyle's aid, of course.
He looked like he was carrying their milk-baby. He had even started to waddle a little, and Kyle didn't know why he found that hot, but he did. The way Justin waddled and arched to stretch his back or paused to catch his breath, his hand supporting the underside of the mass—it was all insanely hot, and Kyle couldn’t get enough of it. Then the way Justin shamelessly whined and begged to be emptied—it was enough to drive Kyle mad.
Weirdly, Kyle's diet seemed to consist almost entirely of milk these days. It was unusual and probably unhealthy, but somehow Kyle couldn't bring himself to care. All that mattered was Justin's gorgeous swell. It filled Kyle up and he didn’t need anything else.
Kyle found himself not only in Justin's room, but on his bed late one evening. He was nursing lazily while sort of dozing. He imagined this was how babies felt. Justin was lying on his side, eyes closed, lips moving wordlessly. His shirt was drawn up over the massive bump. It was flushed and sweaty and always seem to be full these days. Kyle pulled off the nipple with a wet pop, and even then, it's squirted. Justin grunted as his hand moved to cup the area, not making contact with the swollen nipple. He breathed heavily, in-and-out.
"Mmmm…" Justin hummed when his nipple didn't produce anything more than a few droplets of milk following the squirt. "Ahh, I think you drained me."
"Happy to be of service," said Kyle wryly. He planted a kiss on the face of the mound. And then just stroked it, rubbing circles along it with his palm. It was just so peaceful and methodical, the gentle heaves of Justin's belly, the movements of his own hand, Justin’s soft puffs of breath as Kyle marveled at the orb through the darkness.
The two never spent the night in each other's beds. It would bring things to a level of intimacy that neither had really thought about or had much interest in.
But that night they fell asleep together. Kyle only realized what had occurred the following morning as he steadily awoke and smiled, reveling in the sensation of soft skin against his cheek. He kissed the mound until Justin stirred.
The mound visibly contracted. Justin gasped, his eyes popping open. “God,” he breathed just before the nipple started to squirt milk several times with small pauses in between. He sat partly upright but this only worsened the issue, as he sprayed and grunted. Things were getting out of control and Kyle couldn't have been happier.
-
Kyle was full. He constantly felt stuffed and even his own gut had started developing a curve lately from constantly being overfilled. He wasn't about to complain but he was starting to realize that Justin was producing more milk than he could possibly keep up with. The milk was just so thick, creamy, and heavy lately. But if Justin wasn't completely drained as needed, his body wouldn't feel the need to produce as much. It might even start producing less, and the progress they had been making could hit a snag. Kyle's income could hit a snag.
"Have you thought about pumping?" said Kyle casually.
Justin glanced up at him. He was seated on the couch, one of his hands cradling the side of his belly where it always seemed to be these days. His cheeks were flushed as he swiped some sweat off his forehead. He was breathing heavily as he just sat and endured the heat and weight of his milk-full belly.
"Pump?" said Justin, raising a brow.
"I mean, like a breast pump," said Kyle, grinning as he idly watched the mound heave. Justin was dressed in a pair of basketball shorts shoved low by the mass. He also had on a thin tank top—like a wifebeater, that was stretched tight over his belly, a smear of dampness on the face where his button-nipple seeped arbitrarily. The little tits on his chest didn't sag in the least, they were full and perky. Justin was full of sustenance, just producing so much of it. It was heavy, filling, and likely high-calorie. For once, Kyle considered the connotations of this weird experiment and its potential applications. Justin was producing food. Huge amounts of it. Probably enough to feed several mouths a day. More than a cow could come close to yielding. Imagine what a producer like Justin could do for people who were starving. In the end this was a good thing. Kyle was doing something good.
"Oh," said Justin, pulling Kyle out of his reverie.
“Your milk is delicious—and I’d drink it all day if I could,” Kyle added quickly. “But sometimes even I can't keep up. God knows I try. Hell, I like to try.”
Justin gave a half-smile but then his belly trembled very subtly and he took a shuddering breath. His hands moved to cup either side of his orb.
Kyle approached, licking his lips. “Do you want me to…”
“No. I mean, not now.”
“You're full.”
“I'm always full. I just need a breather. If I come again today, I'm gonna pass out, I swear.”
Kyle burst into laughter. “Fair enough,” he choked out.
“And yeah, maybe I will try a pump.”
“I can pick one up.”
“Thanks man.”
“No problem. Just promise you'll let me watch.”
“God, you're the worst.”
-
The pump had two suction cups and a hose that led to a collection container. It was adjustable to a good extent and Kyle was able to remove one of the suction cups and replace the container with a much larger one. He brought the pump to Justin who was sitting on the couch. Justin gave it a considering look.
Both knew the suction part looked too small. It was meant to accommodate a normal-sized nipple, not Justin’s huge one.
“Let's give it a shot,” said Kyle optimistically.
They turned the machine on and pressed the suction part to Justin's large, bulging nipple. It only seemed to accommodate the face of the nub but it was enough. It drew and milk immediately began to pour down the hose, Justin's eyes widening, lips pressing closed.
“How does it feel?” Kyle deeply wanted to know.
“Uh…okay,” said Justin. “Er, it's…it's different, not as—it's not as, uh, bothering.”
Less sexual, then. Less arousing than when Kyle sucked him manually. Well that would probably be helpful. Sort of. Justin leaned back and sighed, his eyes fluttering closed as the machine worked. And as Kyle watched, he felt himself licking his lips. Was he really getting jealous of a device?
“So you like it,” said Kyle.
“Yeah, it's good,” Justin murmured. “Thanks for recommending it. Man, thanks for all your help.” Justin threw his arm over his eyes and arched, pushing his belly-tit out. It was strangely sexy, his belly wiggling slightly with the draws of the pump. “Some nights it's hard to sleep. You know, with all the heat and strain.”
Kyle sat down and watched as milk poured into the container. “Now that we’re collecting it, what should we do with it? Maybe we can donate it or, I don't know, make something.”
“Yeah,” Justin breathed noncommittally. “Whatever.”

If you ever do a gender swap of this story, any chance it could be the first lesbian relationship? Might be fun. ;3
