Summary: Jim hooks up with one of the male interns. Not that the intern remembers. Both were pretty drunk that night. And whenever Jim has sex with someone, he always gets them pregnant, often with multiples—rare though male pregnancy may be. Jim knows that he should probably come clean, but he’d much rather watch his young intern rapidly “bloom” while struggling with his increasing job duties and figuring out what is going on with his body. Contains: Male: pregnancy, belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, and possibly more.

God, Ryan was a fucking pig. This was easily Jim's best work. He had never gotten anyone as knocked up as Ryan was at this moment.
The baby-mound was pressed into the desk, Ryan grunting with every jerk of his body as Jim fucked him. Ryan could hardly reach the desktop. His fingers ghosted against it. Unable to brace himself, his hands settled on clutching at his swollen orb. But Jim held him tight.
Jim’s hands explored the flushed, sweaty mass as Ryan squealed out, the mound heaving up and down.
Jim envisioned Ryan growing larger. He imagined every heave was the intern swelling.
"Keep...eating..." Jim managed.
Ryan huffed out a breath that turned into a whine. But he obeyed as usual. Sweaty fingers tore at packaging. He moaned and unintentionally squeezed one of the cakes, causing cream filling to gush into his hand. But then he stuffed the cake into his mouth and immediately when for another, licking all the creams and oils that spilled out. Filling himself, all while he was being fucked. At one point he started to choke, but when he finished coughing he went right back to eating.
They came together, Ryan's cheeks bulging with cake as sweat and tears rolled down his face. Come splattered against the underside of his belly, and Jim cursed as he groped what he could reach of the sweaty mound. Ryan released a croaking noise, and Jim had to be imagining the way Ryan's fat mass raised like dough right before his bleary eyes. Spent, Jim allowed his weight to sink somewhat, causing Ryan to wail.
Jim snapped out of his reverie, straightening and pulling away. He watched Ryan lean his body more heavily against the desk, looking as though he might collapse.
"We're going to be late," Jim stammered.
He grabbed a handkerchief reserved for more formal events, and wiped the sweat off his face. Ryan possibly needed a more thorough cleaning. The intern seemed to make a feeble attempt towards the bathroom. Jim hurried to his side and helped him the rest of the way.
Jim waited outside for five minutes, after which Ryan came out of the restroom looking no less exhausted but considerably less sweaty. The intern had managed to button himself back into his shirt, but only just. Large diamonds of skin were pushing out between the buttons. The shirt had fit him fine earlier. Jim salivated at the sight of the growth.
"We...oh...we shouldn't have done that," said Ryan breathlessly. His brows were creased, one hand low on the side of his belly as his face twisted and scrunched. "God," Ryan breathed, arching, trying to balance the bolder of a mound, and Jim noticed how low it now seemed.
It spanned out so far. Just massive. It looked like it probably weighed more than Ryan did. Jim still couldn't fathom how Ryan was able to support it, hauling around the weight. Barely, Jim supposed, as he watched Ryan stagger back over to his desk, settling his belly against the surface. He stood there panting, one of his hands sliding to his back. "I'm ready."
Jim wasn't sure about that, but he nodded anyway. He noted the way Ryan's face would twitch or how his eyes would widen. He suspected the kid was on the cusp of labor, both a gorgeous thought and a great shame. Jim didn't want this to ever end.
Ryan needed help moving around. He didn't request it but he didn't refuse Jim's supportive arm behind his back. Jim just drank him in, every movement. Ryan was truly struggling, forcing his body to advance, one foot after the next.
And Ryan was changing. Jim could see the subtle differences. His breasts were swelling, pushing harder into his shirt. And the shudders of his belly were growing more pronounced, causing Ryan to freeze and grunt out at times.
He was in labor.
Ryan seemed to be in denial of this. He doggedly continued for the meeting room, his breaths thin and skin flushed. As Ryan's belly preceded his entrance into the meeting room, the mound actually scraped either side of the doorframe, like Ryan might not fit when it came time to leave.
Everyone stared.
About a dozen and a half executives and investors were sitting around a large, rectangular table with a small breakfast spread, and they all silently gawked at Ryan's appearance. Even those who had seen Ryan recently appeared astonished. One investor looked around in confusion as though she thought this was some elaborate joke. Another dropped his bagel mid-bite, causing it to hit the table top with a dull thud.
Ryan dragged himself forward, dumping his briefcase at the head of the table where his seat was. But Ryan didn't sit down. He was the host. He was gasping for breath, nearly swaying, his hand reaching back to hover near his ass before settling on his hip. "Hello," he said hoarsely, eyes shifting for something, some relief. Because standing for two hours was no longer an option for him. He seemed to find a compromise, moving forward, actually allowing his belly to settle on the wooden meeting table, as though this was discreet. The table visibly shifted with his weight. Creaked. The executives and investors looked increasingly alarmed. Jim silently went sit down, grabbing up a paper plate, some hand-outs, whatever he could get to cover his groin where his dick was already waking up.
Ryan’s belly just seemed to take up so much space. He was practically bursting out of his clothes. This was far from typical and not vaguely professional. Politically correct? Possibly. And now the mound was quaking visibly. Ryan groaned and arched as he pawed at himself, the mound looking almost as though it was advancing. The investor closest to Ryan actually jerked back as though to avoid being smothered. Then somehow Ryan recovered from the episode, not-quite-smoothly, turning his latest moan into a drawling, "Hhhow is everyone today?"
There was a long beat of silence. Corbin was the first to manage to produce words. "Smith is...everything alright?" he tiptoed around the elephant in the room, not to mispresent the metaphor, as Ryan wasn't an elephant. A whale, more like.
"It will be, once we get into these quarterly reports," said Ryan flippantly, though he was clearly straining to maintain his smile.
Ryan was a pregnant young man heavily overdue with multiples. Pregnancy was something he had neither anticipated nor wanted, yet there was nothing he could have done to stop it. And now he was hosting the biggest meeting of his young career. The outcome would make or break him. All while going through labor, and in the wake of promising that his impending parenthood would not interfere with his new job. In fact, that statement had practically been a condition of his hiring.
It was all too perfect. Jim couldn't have planned this better himself.
Ryan's belly gave another forceful shudder. He held in a groan, his eyes tearing as he flushed an even deeper shade of red.
Now the pain was coming. He was trying to hold on. But labor was hitting him fast and hard. The babies were overcooked and desperate to make their way out of him. They were sitting heavily on his pelvis, the sheer weight of them rapidly moving things along.
Yet Ryan fought it. "It'd like you all to take a l-look at this graph. Le-let's compare the figures from last March to—t-to—godddd..." he groaned, hugging at his massive, heaving mound. Ryan truly resembled a man helplessly attached to a sleeping creature. Now it bobbed and shuddered as though it was waking. His buttons strained more, and Ryan's nipples actually began to seep into his shirt. "As you can ssseee..." Ryan groaned. "The profits this year have beennnn...nghhhhhh...fuhhhh!" His hand flung to his ass, and Jim could actually see that the back of Ryan's pants were beginning to tent out.
And executive gave a gasp. Another released a curse. Ryan produced a long whine, his hands scrabbling and shoving at his pants, revealing his bare ass the sight of a baby beginning to crown.
"Hahhhh...fuckk...its huge..." Ryan cried as people gave cries of shock, and began to get up.
Ryan's breasts were still rapidly swelling. The top buttons of his shirt snapped apart to make way for two swollen honeydew sized tits, both bulging heavily from a black lacy bra.
It was too much. Jim came with a sigh. He grasped at a stray book on the table and pulled it down to join the other items concealing his crotch.
Tears were pouring down Ryan's cheeks, his belly practically bouncing with the contractions.
Someone got on their phone, another ran out of the room trying to summon help. Ryan released a pained yell, and the first of their children was pushed into the world.
-
Things after that were...comparatively dull.
Despite Ryan's assurances that he would not be taking time off, it couldn't be helped. He had given natural birth to quintuplets, and his body needed time to recover. On top of that, he had no preparations in terms of caretaking. He couldn't very well leave them alone.
The meeting was rescheduled with someone else set to host. Ryan's first month on the job was decidedly disastrous, and the day he bore his children was also the day he found himself again unemployed.
On the upside, there were the joys of motherhood. Or something.
Admittedly, Jim’s attention had already been stolen away by a new male secretary at the office named Justin.

Thanks so much :D Yes, it's a fun universe. I hope to work with it again in the future.

I really like this universe, and The Oven, so I think I'll do spin-offs or sequels in the future :D

what an end for ryan :( this is one of the hottest stories i’ve ever read, would you consider doing a sequel with Jim’s next conquest or even a take at the oven? 😝
Loved this story! I was invested from start to end :) I'm curious if Ryan's pregnancy might make him even more fertile for the next time he gets knocked up? Perhaps Jim might see Ryan at The Oven and get jealous that he's bigger than Justin? Oh man, I'd love a sequel if it strikes your fancy. Great work, as usual!
Love this! Would you do a second part with Ryan’s life after Jim and/or Jim’s involvement with Justin and Ryan (who’s now working for The Oven)? Bet that’ll be juicy. Just a suggestion :D
Awh, poor Ryan. Maybe he can get a job at The Oven. Ofc he'll have to get pregnant again though...
