Summary: Jim hooks up with one of the male interns. Not that the intern remembers. Both were pretty drunk that night. And whenever Jim has sex with someone, he always gets them pregnant, often with multiples—rare though male pregnancy may be. Jim knows that he should probably come clean, but he’d much rather watch his young intern rapidly “bloom” while struggling with his increasing job duties and figuring out what is going on with his body. Contains: Male: pregnancy, belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, and possibly more.

God, they were so active, like they knew they were overdue and just wanted out. Ryan was dressed in some sweatpants and a massive T-shirt, perched back on his couch, trying his best to relax, but left grunting or fidgeting every time his belly jumped or quivered, which was becoming increasingly frequent.
He rubbed it; what he could reach of it, at least.
Another heave. Ryan arched and whined. He was just so stuffed, so tight. He had no more space in his belly but these things just kept growing. He felt as though he was straining just to contain it all.
Just a few more days, he told himself.
Ryan couldn't afford the specialty clinic fee he would have to pay for the birth. He was still waiting on his first paycheck. God, he'd been hired. That was an upside.
Still, at present he was broke. And he'd done nothing but procrastinate when it came to these babies. He had no food or cribs or anything. He hadn't even told his parents that they were about to have grandchildren. The fact of the matter was that he was scared. Terrified.
Just a few more days. He would be ready after he got paid, got supplies, and got through this presentation on Monday.
Some might say he was still procrastinating.
Ryan continued to rub his hands into his belly.
He hadn't really thought about how he would get induced. Who he would ask, specifically. Jim? Reopening that door would be terribly awkward, especially now that they seemed to have ended things. Plus, asking for a lay and asking for induction were two very different things, the latter seeming far more...intimate and uncomfortable. Then there was the fact that Ryan was now technically one of Jim's employees. He was sure that any involvement between the two would open them up to a whole tide of contract and legal issues. It was better that things remained professional going forward.
Ryan's phone gave an innocent beep beside him. He checked the messages and groaned. Dirkman at The Oven must have looked him up. The man had been calling and texting nonstop, desperate to get Ryan to do a show.
Just focus, Ryan told himself. He just had to get through this presentation the day after tomorrow. It had been an exhaustive process, but he had gotten himself fully prepped. He had all the figures memorized, all the handouts printed out. The only thing left to do—
Fuck, Ryan thought. The laser pointer. He was supposed to order batteries with his last grocery delivery. He must have forgotten with everything going on.
Ryan briefly wondered if he could get through the presentation without the pointing device, but just the thought left him drained. He would have to raise his arm, walk around, and gesticulate. He'd be ready to pass out before he got halfway through the meeting.
If he left now, he could make it to the convenience store on main before they closed for the rest of the weekend. Ryan quickly ordered a ride from an app on his phone. There was a car right around the corner. He braced his hands on the back of the couch and rocked himself, grunting his way through two attempts to heave his ass off the cushions. The third one was the charm.
Once standing, he needed a moment to catch his breath. He was just so heavy. He couldn't believe how far his gut spanned. It was massive. "Fuck," he breathed, frowning at himself. He had never seen a woman as pregnant as he was. He was just huge! Maybe he shouldn't have skipped out on seeing a doctor these past few months.
Batteries, Ryan reminded himself, tearing his attention away from his expansive belly. He clutched the side of the mound with one hand, while his other hand just hoovered in the air before him, prepared to grab onto something if the unthinkable occurred and he lost his balance. He hauled himself towards the door, part wadding, part staggering, his back aching, and his ass feeling heavy and full somehow.
He didn't go out much anymore. He usually just went to work and back, and had anything he needed delivered to his apartment. Ryan couldn't drive anymore because of his sheer size. He could hardly even carry himself. This pregnancy was getting scary. That morning it had taken an ungodly amount of time and effort just to get himself out of bed.
When his ride showed up, the driver goggled him through the window. Ryan ignored it as he wobbled over to the car, opened a back door, and tried to squeeze himself into the seat. The driver had to adjust the passenger’s seat as far as it would go, and Ryan was still crammed, belly pressing into everything, babies pattering away inside him as he breathed like he was doing lamaze because he was just so tight and heavy.
He had forgotten to put on a bra. He had taken to not wearing one around the house because his breasts were just so bloated and tender. Now the mounds bobbed freely on his chest, nipples so hugely visible and swollen, just distended and protruding against his t-shirt. He knew they looked weirdly big. And god, they felt like they might leak at any moment, the way they were rubbing into the cotton.
Batteries. He just had to focus on batteries. And breathing. He hugged what he could of his belly, every bump in the road making him feel like he could drop.
Then the car stopped, Ryan gasping for breath. The driver was back to ogling in the rearview mirror, his eyes a mixture of awe and disgust.
"Th-thank you," Ryan managed, as he started the process of dislodging himself from the car. He arched as he freed his belly from the confined space, the mound seeming to precede his exit, nearly bumping into a passing woman who was startled.
He could do this. He ignored his huge gut, his fat ass, and his jiggling teats. He ignored the stares as he arduously waddled up the steps of the shop.
The battery section was readily visible. Right up front. Red and sweating, he made his way over—
"Ryan?"
He froze. This had to be some twisted dream.
But it wasn't. When he turned his head, he saw Penny standing there.
She walked around to face him directly, her wide eyes darting between his monstrous gut and his cow tits. "What the fuck..." she breathed.
"Hi," Ryan choked out, utterly mortified. His belly chose that moment to jump and tremble, causing a groan to escape from his lips. He arched and clutched it, trying to shift his hips to make the burden atop it feel less awkward.
"What happened to you?" said Penny, finally throwing a glance at his eyes.
Ryan was at a loss of what to say. "Th-the p-pregnancy—"
"You look like an elephant!"
Ryan winced. He probably deserved that. The few people in the store who weren't already staring now gave Ryan their undivided attention. Ryan clutched his belly as tightly as he could stand, feeling it throb with heat and tension. He wasn't in labor, but he felt like he could start pushing. That's how packed he was. Stuffed beyond capacity with his own babies. "M-maybe m-multiples—" he tried to explain quietly.
"You did a number on yourself," said Penny, a bit of contempt in her eyes. "You really bent down for this guy. How many times did you let him fuck you? Were you guys trying for this?"
That was so preposterous, Ryan would have laughed if he wasn’t in so much discomfort.
"I've never seen anyone so pregnant. You look like a cow. This guy is breeding you good. And you just bend down and take it. You're gigantic."
"Ap-preciated," Ryan managed. Tears prickled at the corners of his eyes. Not from her words, but the pulsing strain. Why did they have to do this now, of all times? He moaned lowly as his belly tightened. He could actually see it inching out, pushing forward, as he clutched it as if to hold everything in. He leaned back on a shelf, breathing heavily. God, he needed to lie down.
Penny watched the whole scene in morbid fascination. "What the hell? You’re inflating. When are you due anyway?"
"Any day now."
"Men have to give a birth naturally," she remarked.
Ryan nodded.
"That should be fun," she added with sarcasm.
"Right." He'd never known Penny could be so cruel. He wanted to end this interaction, but god, for whatever reason, he missed her. Some small part of him still hoped that she could somehow forgive him. But as things were going, it did not seem likely.
"Are you gonna nurse them too?" Penny went on, practically taunting him. "Who are we kidding? Look at those jugs. They're bigger than mine."
Ryan closed his eyes.
"The father...is he helping?"
Ryan didn't want to admit that he had no idea who the other father was. He just shook his head
Penny laughed.
Ryan drew a long breath. "I'm sorry."
"It's a little too late for sorry, Ryan. My only regret is that I won't be there to see you bent over squealing like a pig as you try to push out your fucking litter. Out the way they came in."
Ryan cringed just thinking about it. God, his ass felt heavy, the babies low and waiting, already getting into position.
"Have fun with your new life." Penny finally walked off, looking content as could be.
With a trembling hand, Ryan managed to grab a pack of batteries, pay, and leave. When he got to his place, he collapsed to the couch, and didn't move again until the morning.

Ryan looked gorgeous.
He was panic eating, just stuffing his face to calm his nerves. He had demolished the massive box of cookies Jim had brought over in only moments. Now Ryan was just chewing on those oily packaged cakes stuffed with cream, one after the next. He had a whole stash of the cheap factory-made snacks, and was stuffing them into his mouth one after the next, practically faster than he could chew, cheeks bulging out with their sugary contents.
It was the big day.
The presentation would make or break Ryan's career.
He was perched in his seat that creaked ominously beneath him. His belly was intimidating in its sheer massiveness. Heaving like a sleeping beast, overflowing Ryan's lap in all directions, outspanning his arms, like a huge ball squashed against the young man. Ryan could hardly be mobile by now. Jim didn't even know how the intern had gotten himself to work.
Ryan was flushed and sweaty, gasping for breath between gulps of cake. His free hand rubbed at his mound continuously, trying to pacify the frequent tremors.
Ryan grunted and nearly choked, his belly shifting as Ryan twisted and arched. Jim watched Ryan's shirt tighten right before his eyes. And christ, it was hot. Jim had never seen anyone as ripe as Ryan was at this moment. His breasts were bloated EEE-cups and his belly was the size of a bolder, honestly bigger than Ryan was. The kid was crammed with more babies than Jim could imagine. Straining to contain them all. All of Jim's babies.
"I can do this," Ryan forced out.
Jim helped him up and it was no easy feat, Ryan grunting and straining until he got his legs beneath him. His belly pressed into his desk.
Jim had outdone himself. This was his best work yet. Ryan's golf ball-sized belly button twitched, and Jim's hand gravitated towards the protrusion. He cupped it, rubbing it idly with his palm. Ryan couldn't handle another inch of growth. He looked like he was about to pop.
He had to be at least three weeks overdue by then. Ryan suddenly arched and cried out, shoving the huge mound forward, diamonds of fat flesh visible between the buttons of his new custom-tailored shirt. "God, I can't!" Ryan cried, hugging his mound, trying to hold it all in.
The presentation was in an hour, but Jim couldn't hold back. He wanted Ryan. Needed him. Couldn't go another second without him. "Let me fuck you."
"God...please," Ryan groaned, tears beading at the corners of his eyes. "I'm a fucking whale. Fuck them out of me. I'm gonna...ngghhhhh...I'm gonna burst," he whined.
Jim just wanted to fuck him fuller. He wanted to watch the belly bounce and heave. He got behind Ryan. The meeting was in an hour. But there was time.
There was time.
