Summary: Jim hooks up with one of the male interns. Not that the intern remembers. Both were pretty drunk that night. And whenever Jim has sex with someone, he always gets them pregnant, often with multiples—rare though male pregnancy may be. Jim knows that he should probably come clean, but he’d much rather watch his young intern rapidly “bloom” while struggling with his increasing job duties and figuring out what is going on with his body. Contains: Male: pregnancy, belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, and possibly more.

By morning, Ryan definitely looked bigger. The cream puffs had done their job.
Jim watched him helplessly trying to get his shirt buttons done. When he managed, they pulled and strained, the cotton sticking to him like glue and large diamonds of flesh pushing out between the buttons. One of the buttons popped off, allowing Ryan's bulging navel to protrude out in the open.
Ryan looked flustered, overwhelmed, and it was utterly beautiful. The way his belly looked so full and plump. The way his unrestrained breasts stuck out in his shirt, nipples so fat and distended.
"It's fine," said Jim as neutrally as possible. "No big deal. A little growth spurt."
Ryan's cheeks reddened in frustration. "Isn't this what you wanted? To blow me up?"
Jim was careful not to react.
Ryan ran his hands along the swell. "This thing is huge. How the hell am I supposed to give bir—eugh." He cut himself off and squeezed his eyes shut, clearly not wanting to think about it.
"Smith…have you consulted with a doctor?"
Ryan pressed his lips and shook his head, belly gently heaving with his heavy breathing.
"Have you..." Jim went on. "...considered the possibility of multiples?"
Ryan looked ill. "I have to go," he said as he heavily moved about to collect the rest of his things.
-
Ryan was huge. He looked past term. Like he was overdue. And everyone stared, whether he was in the office, running errands, or just easing himself in or out of his car. His clothes couldn't keep up with him, flesh looking for any opportunity to bulge out into the open and make itself known.
There must have been a lot of activity. Ryan was rubbing the mound constantly. But not consciously, because he reddened and dropped his arms whenever he caught himself.
It still came off as obnoxious, sort of flaunting, particularly during meetings and conferences with clients, where everyone was too busy gawking at Ryan's huge belly to pay much attention to anything else that was going on.
Jim fed him constantly. Ryan bitched about it but never once refused Jim's offerings of takeout or baked goods. Sometimes Ryan would just squander half the work day sitting back in Jim's office popping pastry samples into his mouth.
"I can't believe how full I am," Ryan moaned even as he ate more.
Jim liked to think he had groomed the intern into a constant state of eating. It was to the point that if Ryan didn't have something in his mouth he got fidgety.
Ryan's tits were bloated B-cups. Just when he'd think he had them under control things would get decidedly damp. His nipples were gorgeous, long and fat. They looked so sensitive. "Can I see them?" Jim asked.
Ryan swallowed. "Aren't we supposed to be going over the Feldman account?"
Jim just helped himself, working his way through buttons, Ryan putting up no fight as his flushed, sweaty cleavage pushed forward till both mounds popped out.
Ryan looked away, rather miserable.
"Like a woman's," Jim murmurred.
Ryan's left nipple began to drip. The other was quick to follow.
Jim couldn't help himself. He leaned down to taste.
"Fuhhhh..." Ryan breathed as Jim took a suck.
Ryan pressed into Jim harder, hugging him to his chest, and Jim didn't need any further encouragement. He drank greedily.
-
Ryan hated the weekends. There was a lot of idle time in which he had to process things he had been otherwise avoiding.
When he woke up, his chest felt heavy, tight, and uncomfortable.
It took him a while to gather the energy to shift himself upright. With heavy reluctance, he looked down at his chest, and stared at his tits in dread. They were bulging against the neckline of his tank top. He looked as though he had gone up a whole cup size. There was no hiding these things, not that he'd been doing particularly well at it up to this point.
Ryan heaved himself out of bed, his boxers pushed low on his hips by his large belly, his thin white tank top stretched over his form, several inches of his bump exposed beneath the hem.
He would have favored staying in bed, but his stomach had already started grumbling, his feelings of hunger too strong to be ignored.
In the kitchen, Ryan went simple. He scrambled a dozen eggs in a pot, a little disgusted with himself, but he was a bottomless pit lately. The baby made him feel half-starved. Ryan ate the eggs quickly, but it wasn't enough. He pulled out some bagels, and set them on the kitchen table with a tub of butter. Too weary to slice or spread, he simply scooped up butter with the bagels themselves, took bites, and scooped again. He worked his way through four bagels when he heard a knock at the door.
Ryan frowned. There was no way he was answering that. It was probably just the landlord badgering him again for the rent.
He kept eating. Another perk of going to work was that there were things to occupy him other than food. Ryan found himself chomping his way through bagel after bagel even as his stomach grew uncomfortably tight.
The knocking continued. It got so persistent that it was starting to give Ryan anxiety. Lowering his latest bagel, he heaved himself up with a grunt and paused to cup his tight gut, gasping slightly. He had overdone things yet again. Ryan shook his head, irritated with himself.
After taking another moment to catch his breath, he waddled into the living room, intending only to see who it was. He leaned towards the peephole, grimacing at the way his belly pressed into the door, making the action awkward. Once he saw who was outside of his apartment, he blanched and opened the door without really thinking of it.
He missed her.
Penny stood in the hallway, her arms clutching a large cardboard box full of stuff. Her face was set in a frown, but all of that fell apart when she sighted him. Her jaw fell and her eyes went wide. "I didn't want to believe it," she choked out. "You're having a whole family without me."
There was a surge of pressure in his gut, and it was the least opportune moment for it. "God," Ryan breathed, his belly straining. "I didn't want this." His voice cracked. "I don't know what I'm going to do. I wanted to be with you. I wanted to have a family—with you." He clutched his mound, because it was throbbing. He felt ready to pop. He was red and panting, face pouring sweat.
And he realized he was crying. It must have been the damn hormones. All the stress. He felt his shirt sliding against his bloated form. His nipples burned, and to his mortification, he realized he was lactating, right there, in front of her. His fat nipples protruded hard against the now-soaked cotton.
Penny stared at him for several moments before she managed to tear her gaze away. She set her lips in a firm line.
"You should have thought of that before you cheated," she said, adjusting the box in her arms. She ran her gaze down his form in a startling contemptuous look. "You're blowing up. A fucking whale."
"Penn—"
"Good," she said, dropping the box to the floor. The items inside clattered, a few of them tumbling over the edge. Ryan could see that they were all random belongings of his that he must have left in her possession.
"Hope that dicking was worth it," Penny said as she left.
-
Ryan was always aroused.
Jim could see him constantly trying to hide it. The belly helped, particularly when the kid was seated. Though that didn't change how hard Ryan was, how prominently his hard nipples bulged in his shirt, how he squirmed against the distraction of it all.
"I spoke to the client yesterday," Ryan piped in during a meeting. He looked embarrassed as everyone's attention shifted to him, some blankly staring, clearly not hearing a word he was saying, just befuddled that Ryan was there at all. "He assured me that he's committed to the contract," Ryan finished. Breathless and flushed, and looked so fucking tight, particularly in that button-down shirt that just hugged into his girth, and Ryan looked beyond having the energy to care by that point.
"Right," said Corbin after a notable delay. Corbin was the executive heading the meeting. He lightly shook himself. "Does anyone have any updates on the Johnson deal?"
Jim's mind wandered to other things.
Like the prospect of Ryan sprawled back naked across his desk, red and straining, but still so willing. Belly visibly, angrily, contracting, not from labor, just from the pressure.
Jim drew a long breath and took a sip of water. Her caught Ryan's eyes across the meeting table but Ryan's gaze darted down.
-
Ryan was growing fast, seeming to swell every day, and Jim wished he could somehow watch a time lapse; watch Ryan's belly inch forward, getting fuller and tighter, watch Ryan's face contort as he took on the increasing strain. Jim wished this whole thing could be documented and fast forwarded.
He supposed real-time would have to suffice. He thought Ryan's belly was starting to outspan his waist. The kid looked as though he was overdue with twins by then.
The prospect of Ryan leading a press conference was absolutely ludicrous. Utterly insane. An egregiously idiotic idea and guaranteed embarrassment.
Jim managed to swing it.
"Our biggest competitor is buried in lawsuits and about of go under for a lack of diversity hiring," Jim grumbled in a weary manner. "Locklear & Barding is still in trial over that maternity firing. Having Smith on show is the way to go. Everyone will see that he's clearly knocked up. And gay for that matter. When is the next time we're gonna have someone this diverse? We need to capitalize on it."
While some of Jim’s colleagues looked at Jim as though he was insane, others seemed to consider it.
"He does have a point."
"It's obscene!" Reynolds protested. "Have you seen the tits on that guy? It's disgusting."
"I—er..."
Everyone turned to the door to see that Ryan had entered, and he looked humiliated. It was clear that he had overheard the last remarks. Reynolds shrank in his seat and Jim kept his face neutral.
"I'll leave," said Ryan, making to go.
"Actually, Smith," said Jim. "You're just the person we wanted to speak to. How would you like to lead the press release next week on the company going public?"
Ryan looked surprised, confused, and alarmed. He absently cupped his inflated torso. "Me?" he stammered. "It would be an honor, but I—I'm just an intern. You don't want someone like me to represent the company."
"You're exactly the person we need, Smith. But if you'd rather turn this opportunity down—"
"No. I mean, fine. I'll do it." Ryan looked uneasy even as he conceded.
The other executives in the room seemed troubled. Reynlods just appeared queasy. But the deal was done. Jim tried not to look too smug as he took Ryan's hand and gave it a firm shake.
-
Ryan had to be ready.
Jim fed the intern extra in preparation, getting him to take in even more food than usual with urgings of, "C'mon Smith, you can take this in," and, "Take it Smith, just one more bite. Feed those babies," or, "You're fucking huge Smith. Everyone can see what a fat whore you are. That you like to take it. Fucked full of babies."
Ryan was positively binging. Eating constantly. Jim fucked him the morning before the press conference. Ryan was pink and swollen like a pig and Jim was certain his belly was pressing into the mattress in Ryan's position on all fours. Jim reached out to squeeze his tits, making Ryan squeal.
"You can do better," Jim grunted with his thrusts. "I want to see you bigger. Want everyone to see you. Don't want them to look away. I want you massive." He came with a grunt, Ryan moaning, and Jim swore, his belly rolled forward. Ryan collapsed to his side, trying to catch his breath, but at Jim's look, he reached out for another glob of cookie dough from the tub on the night stand. He stuffed a handful into his mouth as Jim kissed his full, sweaty abdomen. Jim leaned upward to give one of Ryan's nipples a suck. Ryan whined and shuddered, but as Jim pulled back, he said, "Don't stop."
Jim got him dressed at the last possible minute, and as usual, his clothes had not been able to keep up.
"Ready for your big debut?" Jim asked in satisfaction.
Ryan was panting quietly, ass still planted firmly against the mattress, and he seemed hardly ready for anything let alone getting up.
