Summary: When Sam leaves home for the first time and starts college, she immediately notices that her campus has a shockingly high fertility rate, among other things. Women walk around with swollen bellies and heavy multiples-pregnancies. Some just tout along fat bellies with no children contained inside of them as they stuff themselves relentlessly with food. Some women have monstrously massive breasts, or hugely swollen asses. And the men all seem to be hung like bulls. When Sam finds herself starting to put on weight herself, she tries to escape the campus, but all her efforts seem to just lead her in circles. In the meantime, she swells. Contains: Female: belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, pregnancy, weight gain, birth.

Sam mentally tunneled in. All she was aware of was stuffing food into her mouth as rapidly as she could. Her cheeks bulged out, her tongue coated in a variety of conflicting flavors as her throat ached with her full, impatient gulps, and her belly tightened and grew incredibly full, so full that she became nauseous, and yet she continued with the strange certainty that she wouldnt get sick, she would only get fuller.
When she came out of her reverie, her hands were sticky with syrups, her jaw sore and fatigued. Sam felt heavy and drowsy and groaned quietly, as she shifted, then ultimately opted against moving.
The table was a mess. Empty food pans littered it. There was the odd spill, but little of the food had been wasted. In fact, there wasnt a bite left.
Feeling weirdly numb, Sam slowly shifted her gaze to Patty, who stood on the side of the room, arms folded over her belly, a stunned expression on her own face. But looking up to notice Sams attention, Patty quickly wiped her expression clean then plastered it with a smile. You must have been famished.
Sam just groaned and closed her eyes. She felt disgusting. Her hands slid down to her heated belly, where it was perched heavily, overfilling her lap. It felt hot, and as though it was pulsing.
Well, we better head off to class, said Patty awkwardly.
Sam restrained another groan. I think I Sam was cut off as a large belch escaped her throat. Her cheeks reddened and Patty seemed vaguely amused. Think Imjust going to stay in today, Sam forced out, before covering her mouth against another large belch.
Are you sure about that, Sam? You dont want to fall behind.
Ignoring her, Sam planted her palms against the sticky, greasy, table top, and made a feeble attempt to heave herself up, but she just felt so heavy and lethargic. She slumped back and sighed, allowing her eyes to drift closed right there in the uncomfortable kitchen chair.
Patty was still talking, but Sam hardly heard a word of it. Instead it served as background noise. Soon there wasnt any noise at all, just warmth, and pressure, and darkness.

Sam awoke in time for her last class of the day. She was horrified to find that she was hungry again even after the massive morning binge, and tried to limit herself to just two burritos at the campus food court (she ended up stuffing down five as she waddled her way to the Math building).
Her clothing was embarrassingly formfitting, showing off every curve of her fat ass and plump breasts, and the obscene bulge of her belly. The melons on her chest were easily EE-cups by then, and had gotten too plump too quickly, so uncomfortably round, fattening faster than she could handle. Her ass seemed determined to pop out from the bottom of her skirt. Her belly made her look as though she was ready to pop out triplets, if not more.
Back tense and forehead sweating, Sam waddled her way into class.
She eased herself down behind one of the extra-large desks. She was only one of several students who looked fairly far along. Other students gave her airy smiles, as though there was nothing unusual about her abrupt development. Sam sat there trying her best to pay attention, but mostly squirming, sweating, and breathing heavily as she adjusted to the ever-shifting weight squashed between her torso and her lap. She couldnt believe how huge she was getting. She felt like she was about to pop.
Her groin felt uncomfortably engorged and pressurized. It made her want to draw back her knees and try birthing right there even though she knew she wasnt in active labor. She just felt so full. She felt like babies could just start popping right out of her.
There was a gasp, then a whimper. Sams eyes darted to one of the students in the front row. The curly-haired girl was flushed and sweaty. She was not as large as Sam was, her belly looking at-term with one baby. Heaving herself up, the girl held the underside of her belly and waddled off as quickly as she could. Sam could see that the back of her pants were wet. She had gone into labor. The professor gave a knowing smile then simply continued on with the lesson.
Sam grimaced. It seemed that girls were popping around her every day. She felt weirdly jealous, and yet equal parts apprehensive. It was bound to happen to herand soon. How as she going to handle labor? And worse, having an actual baby? Sam looked down at the heavy girth of her abdomen. She supposed she would figure it out one way or another.
After class, someone lightly bumped into Sam in the hall, but in her unbalanced state, she nearly toppled over. A pair of moist hands shot out to grip her shoulders, keeping her upright. Sam looked down to face a frowning young man.
Sorry, he stated.
Its okay, said Sam breathlessly. I think I was daydreaming or anguishing, he added, under her breath.
The boy blinked at her. Youre not happy?
Sam furrowed her brows. What are you talking about? She rubbed the side of her gut, and almost winced at the way her blouse was now stretching against her, the fabric between the buttons beginning to pull apart to reveal skin. With the chronic pressure and throbbing that occupied the mound, she hardly noticed the rapid growth anymore. She was practically inflating.
The boy seemed to read something in her face, because he marveled at her. Youre not like the others, he said, adding to Sams confusion. Not yet.
Sam slowly came to understand what the boy was saying, and the feeling was mutual. This boy was not like all the other smiling, airy students on campus. He wasnt ridiculously cheerful, masculine, sexual, or simply complicit in the insanity going on around them. Youre not either, said Sam blankly. Shitthis iswhat the hells going on here? Sometimes I think Ive gone insane. She absently clutched the top of her lurching gut. Her cleavage was heaving now, where it bulged out of the top of her blouse. Sam had been sweltering hot and had left the top few buttons undone, unable to bear the idea of closing them.
The boys eyes darted around in evident paranoia. He was small and mousy and looked as though he would run off at any moment. Dont give birth on campus, he said, his gaze shooting to her huge stomach. It will change everything. No matter what, dont give birth here. You have to get out. Giving her one more fearful look, the boy hurried off.
Wait! Sam called, turning to pursue him. She waddled as far as the corner he disappeared behind, but he was nowhere in sight, and she felt so flustered she thought she might collapse. Sam leaned her back heavily on the wall, her hands sliding to either side of her belly, where she idly noticed that it was beginning to outgrow her flanks. She pointed her face towards the ceiling, as she huffed, and breathed, until her lungs had stopped burning. And then she verbalized the one sentiment that summed up her life at that moment: Fuck.

911, whats your emergency?
Im trapped on my college campus, said Sam in one breath.
Are you reporting a fire? A building collapse?
No, its actuallyI just cant get out. I dont know the way, and no one will help me. Its all really confusing, and somehow Im pregnant but I havent had sex in ages Listening to her own rambling, she knew she sounded insane.
There was a long pause on the other line. Miss, this line is for emergencies only. Prank calling this number can be considered a federal crime.
This isnt a prank, said Sam quickly. Im huge and desperate, and Im about to
But there was a beeping noise, then a soft elevator tune, indicating that the call had been placed on hold. When the line picked up again, an automated voice said, Thank you for calling the state department of Mental Health. If this is a mental health emergency, please dial 1. To speak to a counselor, please dial
Sam hung up the phone and slumped back in her chair. Ohhh she groaned, as something gently jabbed against the inside of her gut. She pulled up her shirt and marveled at her flesh as it pressed out, in a visible lump. The baby was kicking. She gulped.
Over the next few days, she went through the motions, dragging herself to classes and back to her dorm, while trying to reign in her voracious appetite, yet it continued to surge, peaking with explosive binges at least once a day. Patty continued to enable her terrible eating routine, and Sam was helpless to stop her.
Sam was getting truly massive. She looked overdue with triplets by thenno, bigger. She looked like she was with quads or quints, or trying to smuggle a beach ball under her ever-tightening shirts. Her breasts sat huge and heavy atop the mound, bulging against her straining necklines. She was practically exploding from her clothes.
Her ass was huge and round, hips plump and wide. Her body quivered and strained with every arduous step she took. When she sat down in class, she squirmed from the continuous, uncomfortable pressure perched heavily on her loins. She wanted to give birth and yet she was scared to. The mousy boy was the only sane person she had ever met on campus, and he had explicitly told her not to give birth here, no matter what.
She could barely fit into anything anymore, even the clothes she saw at the campus shop which seemed specifically catered to the huge girls littering campus.
In fact, when Sam really thought about it, she had come to be bigger than most of the girls she saw. Other students now gave her longer looks than the fleeting, pleased glances she was accustomed to. With her massive belly and the volleyball-sized jugs bobbing on her chest, she had somehow become unusual in a college full of heavily pregnant women. She was humungous, bursting. She was their perspective of large.
Sam sat in History one afternoon wearing leggings and a cotton dress with spaghetti straps, needing the cool air to touch as much of her skin as possible. The stretchy material hugged every curve of her body, pulling taut at her various mounds, and soaked with so much sweat, it outlined her belly button and nipples in explicit detain. She felt naked, but could hardly linger on that in her combined physical and emotional discomfort.
Their professor was deep in labor, but still very intent on teaching. She had explained the situation in the beginning of the class, and was now breathing in huffs, her face flushed, as she periodically gripped at her very-low belly. And what you must understand about Europe in the 1960s is thatmmghhhh Professor Sneed paused to groan and arch her swollen body into one of the many contortions that was supposed to ease her. She was wearing a pencil skirt and a tightly-stretched button-down, and Sam could see a ripple of movement under her skin. Hoooo hahhhhh I might sit down for a moment, she said, as she made her way to her desk, wincing periodically.
Sam watched on, feeling practically squashed by her own massive mound. Professor Sneed was positively huge, and yet she was still very evidently smaller than Sam, which just made Sam all the more uneasy. Sams belly button was the size of a golfball, her huge belly overwhelming her feeble body. She shifted slightly, trying to alleviate some of the pressure on her groin, but only making it worse. Her groan was hidden by Sneeds cry of pain.
Mmmghhh ohhhhh Sneed moaned. Aside from her belly and cantaloupe-sized breasts, the professor was lean. Sam could tell that she had been in good shape before the pregnancy. In Sneeds sweaty top, it was clear that she wasnt wearing a bra. Her breasts were perfect, fat tear-shapes, but her nipples were very large, almost unnatural. They were thick and long, pushing out at least an inch, and sort of resembling teats in an strange way. They wiggled as her breasts bobbed with Sneeds movements.
There was visible writhing against the skin of her belly where the baby squirmed under her shirt. Sneed was now leaned back in her desk chair, body from the hips down hidden beneath it, but Sam could tell she was spread wide. And by the time the wall came down in 1989nrrghhhahhhhh! Professor Sneed arched. One m-moment class!
Sam felt her loins clenching, her nipples hardening. She wanted it. She wanted her turn to give birth. She felt so small when she looked at the girth of her abdomen. It was taking over her. She could hardly handle the prospect of heaving herself up with the tremendous weight of it anymore. Her ass trembled. A tightness blossomed, causing Sam to gasp. But it wasnt a contraction. Sam squeezed her eyes shut and gripped her desk as she steeled herself for another growth spurt.
