Summary: When Sam leaves home for the first time and starts college, she immediately notices that her campus has a shockingly high fertility rate, among other things. Women walk around with swollen bellies and heavy multiples-pregnancies. Some just tout along fat bellies with no children contained inside of them as they stuff themselves relentlessly with food. Some women have monstrously massive breasts, or hugely swollen asses. And the men all seem to be hung like bulls. When Sam finds herself starting to put on weight herself, she tries to escape the campus, but all her efforts seem to just lead her in circles. In the meantime, she swells. Contains: Female: belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, pregnancy, weight gain, birth.

When Sam got back to her dorm room, her hands were unconsciously rubbing into her bloated C-cups, but as she noticed, it became a deliberate motion. The mounds were just so hot and tight. It was like they had grown too fast, and needed to soften. The tension made her nipples hard and achy, pressing outward. They just needed room a drop, or a little encouragement. Sam continued to kneed into the flesh, her lips pressed to contain her moans.
The tension in her belly was a chronically uncomfortable status that she might have even been getting used to. Still catching her breath, Sam peeled off her clothes and climbed into the shower. She hunched under the downpour of hot water, as she rubbed her swollen abdomen, and came to the horrifying acknowledgement that she was genuinely beginning to look as though she waspregnant. Her belly was too tight to be ridden off as fat, the flesh too drawn and prominent. It lacked softness, instead retaining the firm, round, shape of a womb. Tears hidden in the sprinkling water, Sam rubbed her hand against her irritated navel. She grunted and massaged the itchy, flushed, uncomfortably skin, as the face shuddered and tension blossomed, until a shot of pressure made her yelp as her belly button popped outward.
Gasping for breath, Sam leaned on the wall with both hands, her heaving belly gently brushing against the sleek tiling of the shower tall. What the fuck, she hissed quietly. She felt as though she was in some insane dream. Turning off the shower, Sam climbed out and got dressed, trying her best to ignore the uncomfortable tightness of her nightgown hugging her midsection. She climbed into bed and closed her eyes, determined to sleep until the world made sense.
But when she awoke, the world was the same. She grasped onto routine in her efforts to hold herself together. That morning, a weird, lurching sensation had started inside of her gut. It seemed to grow stronger as the hours passed, until she was in her History class fidgeting uncomfortably to bear the alien sensation.
With the lurching was a recurring sensation of tightening that bloomed from her core. She could feel her heart pounding, her skin flushed and tingling, as though her body was expending energy on things she was not privy to.
She was losing control of her body, her sense of lucidity, and her feelings of safety. The only thing that she retained a firm grasp on was her certainty that she had to get off campus.
After classes that day, Sam again tried to depart, with renewed resolve yet a faint, underlying sense of futility. She found herself crammed in a tight tube top and leggings, her round, heaving D-cups bulging heavily against the sagging neckline of the top, her round, bubble of an ass sticking out behind her in the overtaxed spandex of the leggings, and her belly rocking back and forth as she awkwardly padded around under her rapidly increasing weight. She unconsciously held the underside of her belly, as though this did her any good. She often wanted to freeze in her tracks as the consistent sensation of squeezing inside her. It was frightening, and it reminded her of how her aunt had once described contractions, during pregnancy. But it wasnt accompanied by pain, just a prickling of her skin, a tightness of her abdomen, and a flush of heat that washed over her sweaty body.
As Sam stubbornly walked about campus, trying to make sense of the convoluted layout, guys grinned appreciatively, and girls waved. Everyone treated her as though she was normal, or as though they knew her, as though she hadnt swollen up like a blimp in a matter of days.
Sam regarded herself. She looked as though she was eight months pregnant. She couldnt believe how much things had gotten out of control. Her gait was awkward, hips aching. She was close to waddling.
Nrrgghh she stopped and hugged her girth as she suffered another powerful squirm. If this was any other college, she would have gone to see the school medic. But here, here, Sam felt paranoid and suspicious of everyone, from her classmates, to the administration, to the robotic cafeteria staff shoveling slop onto trays.
If I could just get to the road she thought, as she resumed her extracurricular activity of attempting escape. She didnt bother with asking people for directions this times, knowing that it would not yield productive results. Her top seemed to be hugging her more tightly than ever, more of the unfamiliar cleavage creeping up from the neckline, fat breasts pressed tightly in the shrinking confines.
Her breasts has finally begun to drop, and it was heavenly, the mounds no longer angry tight balls, but plump tear-shaped masses. Of course, the gentle dropping had probably tipped them to a new cup-size, exacerbated by compensatory fattening. Her Ds were probably DDs now. It was admittedly hard to tell. Sam hadnt fit into her bras since several sizes ago. Her nipples seemed permanently hard and flushed, and both had swollen up to the size of small grapes, perpetually sticking out in her clothes. Her breasts perched against her distended belly, but even without that shelf, they would have sat on her chest, high and perk.
Campus was endless. Sam panted heavily. She had resolved to go straight forward in one direction, and had been trudging onwards for at least an hour, yet the campus never seemed to end. She would have attempted to investigate and catalogue the endless rows of identical, randomly-named buildings, but it seemed too much effort for her flustered state. The buildings that actually stood out were the several campus cafeterias, food courts, cafes, and dining halls. Sam had stopped for a snack on more than one occasion. At present, she was cradling a large muffin like a microphone, as she ogled several other students convened on a lawn in what appeared to be a birthing class.
Oopsies, scuse me, someone said.
Sam narrowly avoiding bumping into a blonde girl in a midriff top, and as the girl passed, Sam was shocked to spot the largest ass she had ever seen. The girls butt was impossibly large, illogically gigantic, like two plump basketballs sticking out on her long frame. The girl had impressively large breasts, and plump hips, but her ass overshadowed her otherwise voluptuous form. The swollen cheeks wobbled in the fitted shorts she was wearing. Sam could hardly figure out how the girl kept her balance.
Between her wandering, and gawking, Sam hardly minded the building she was encountering until she was standing directly in front of the door. She looked up to see her dorm building.
Impossible, she blurted.
Oh, hey Sam, said one of her dorm-neighbors as he passed on his way out of the building.
It was as though Sam had walked herself in a giant circle, which was utterly ludicrous. She was on a college campus, not lost in the woods somewhere. Feeling a little crazed, she brushed her sweaty hair out of her face. Palms against her tense stomach, and hauled herself up to her dorm. It was just a puzzle. She would figure it out.
That night she tossed and turned, and had more dreams of a stranger against her, throbbing inside her, see spilling, filling, stretching her impossibly as she groined and shuddered, loins burning, hips jerking.
When she awoke the next morning, she was drenched in sweat. She looked down at herself, at the way the hem of her nightshirt was no longer connecting with the waistband of her pajama pants. How her outward belly button looked slightly larger, and how her breasts felt heavier, where they wobbled on her chest.
It took her an hour to find an outfit she could still squeeze into, the dress hem seeming determined to slide up the plump curve of her ass, the neckline pulling low against the fat globes on her chest. The material was so tight she was practically bursting out of it. She watched her belly heave up and down with her heavy breathing and its continuous, growing pressure. She still couldnt believe how fast she was swelling. What had merely been an obstructive mound was now heavy on her pelvis, making it ache and push, pressure shooting to her groin with every step she took. She was breathless and sore. Her nipples were stinging and pushing as though to tunnel through her clothes.
Looks like youre coming along. Someone whistled.
Sam looking up at her roommate who had just entered the dorm living room. Patty was pregnant, yet thin as a twig, her belly not huge, though still appearing imposing on Pattys skinny frame.
Oh, n-no, Im not, Sam protested. She found her eyes pinned to Pattys stomach, but she tore her gaze away. Patty, w-whats whats going on here? she asked.
Patty smiled airily. What do you mean? she said, as she plopped down on the couch. Her belly sat in her lap. It was wider than her flanks. Patty cradled it loosely with her hands.
Its just that everyone on campus seems to be p-pregnant.
Patty blinked innocently. Pregnant? What are you talking about, Sam?
San was momentarily at a loss for words. Was Patty really going to sit there and pretend that neither of them looked as though they might pop out a child in another moment.
Ahhh nnggghhhh Patty grimaced and clutched her gut, hips twitching. As Sam stared, she could see the mound shift, gently rising and rolling outward. An inch two it finally stopped at three or so, Pattys fitted blouse visibly tighter on her torso.
Sams jaw hung slack. Did you just grow? she said, astonished.
Patty opened her eyes, and looked sheepish. Oh no, that was justsome indigestion.
This was too much. Sam turned on her heel and locked herself in the bathroom. She leaned on the counter where she hyperventilated, panicked thoughts racing around her head.
Was she growing that fast? Was she inflating, like Patty was? In horrible spurts she barely acknowledged? Was it happening to everyone?
Her panicked fingers pulled and tore away her clothes, until she was bare again, exposed, where she could appraise her slim form with its odd, almost synthetic bulges. How her hips were now wide and soft and fat, perfect, motherly hips that cradled her belly perfectly. How her ass was huge, simply immense, where it protruded behind her, looking as though she had gotten it professionally augmented. She stared at the perfect, pornstar, jugs on her chest, nipples flushed, areola puffy and pink. It was as though she was being molded specifically to emphasize her fertility, because her arms and legs remained slim, her eyes childishly overwhelmed as they took in the horrifying transformation of her body.
Her belly made her look as though she was at term with child by then. She found herself constantly shifting and fidgeting to balance it better, clutching it, cradling it, trying to bear the arousing pressure on her loins.
Even then she held the underside in a hopeless compulsion to ease its low weight on her hips. Whats going to happen now? she wondered as she surveyed herself blankly. Was there an actual child inside of her? Would she give birth to it?
Over the next few days, Sam only grew.
She tried calling her parents one evening with a distinct lack of optimism. Somehow she knew it wouldnt work now. The number was disconnected. Sometimes a stranger would pick up and say that she had misdialed. It was like the contact list in her cellphone had been altered, because none of her numbers for friends or family members would work now, and she sadly didnt know anyones phone numbers by memory.
In classes, Sam noticed how accommodating everything was, especially for the students who were swollen in some way or the other. The desks were large and wide, with plenty of space for drastic dimensions. She was never faulted for being late. Every building seemed to have a dining facility was well as a birthing station in which flustered young women routinely disappeared to pop out their offspring. It was all bizarrely comfortable. She allowed herself to be swept up in the numbing surrealness of it all.
She buried herself in her studies, and tried to ignore her changing body, growing resigned to her fate. Girls were popping all around her. Would she be next? Would it be over?
She hoped it would be. It seemed to be the only solution left for her. Her condition was uncomfortable and violating, but at least it would have an inevitable conclusion.
