Aaron awoke the next morning to find his head pillowed against his upper breasts. He jerked up to stare down at himself, his hands carefully cupping his lower set of breasts. They had certainly caught up to the upper ones. In fact, now they seemed even bigger.
Aaron grunted as his breasts experienced another surge of growth, rising like dough into his chin, towards his face. "No, not so
much," he groaned as they tightened more, his nipples throbbing. He squirmed and struggled beneath his great mass as cream began to spray from his four nipples, splashing into his massive belly, ricocheting off the round surface and getting in his face, his hair, and his mouth. Aaron coughed as he continued to struggle.
The lights turned on. "What's going on?" Sammy was standing by the door.
Aaron's cry was muffled as breast flesh pressed against his lips, as his belly rose higher, advancing before him and pushing out at his sides, forcing him to spread his legs wider to make room for it. Then suddenly the mass tightened.
"Ohh!" said Aaron, his eyes growing wide.
Sammy hurried over, helping Aaron to slowly maneuver into a position that took the weight of his masses off his small body. Aaron ended up on his knees with his belly planted against the mattress, his thighs spread wide to make room for it.
"Unnghhh," Aaron groaned as he was hit with another tightening pain. He didn't know what was happening but his belly seemed to be throbbing by then. Maybe this was it. Maybe he was finally going to burst.
He moaned as his belly tightened, eased, then swelled. Tightened, eased, then swelled.
He heard his briefs tears as his ass swelled out. His hardened gender jabbed at his mound. As tears filled Aarons eyes, Sammy disappeared from view. She returned shortly after with latex gloves on.
"Ready Aaron?"
Aaron wearily shook his head, nearly delirious from the accumulating pain, discomfort, and tightness.
"When I say, you have to push. One, two-"
Aaron released a strangled cry as another contraction tore through him. His hips tightened, but he didn't push. If anything, he was holding back. Aaron released a muffled groan as his belly trembled then swelled another two inches. His face was flushed red and sleek with sweat.
"Aaron, you have to trust me," said Sammy, her anxiety clear. She marveled at Aaron's tightening flesh, his bellys layer of fat now stretched over it.
Sammy reached down and swept her fingers along the crease of Aarons ass. His hole was trembling, somethingpushing, something crowing! He screamed and shuddered as it pushed more, his belly tightening.
"Aaron!"
"I dont
nrrgh
" The pressure surged. "...want to
ugghh
not
ready
stay
inside
"
Sammy could only stare. Aaron was eight months along in what should have been no more than a four month pregnancy. It never struck her that Aaron may have had a part in his being grossly overdue. That he had been so compliant in his condition that the piglets had felt content to overstay their welcome. But now he was finally at capacity, full to popping.
"No
no
nrrrghhhh..." His ass shuddered, cheeks parting to give way to a large, fleshy pink mass. Sammy caught the crying, squealing creature in her arms. She was stunned that it appeared to be a human/pig hybrid. It was a girl. About the size of a small human newbornalbeit far pudgierthe infant had a pig-like nose, two pig ears protruding from the top of her head, three pairs of nipples, and a coily pig tail sticking out behind her. Aside from these features, she appeared human. Her skin was flushed pink, though Sammy was uncertain of whether or not it was permanent.
Because of the infant's chubbiness, the birth had not been too difficult for Aaron. The infant had sort of just squished out of him. Sammy walked around to Aaron's face where she displayed the newborn.
"Ughhhh..." Aaron groaned as his body quaked with more contractions. He stared at the baby in horror. "That was? ...that was inside of...nngghhhhh....!"
He was birthing another. Uncertain of what to do with the infant, Sammy noticed that it seemed to be squirming for its mother. Uncertainly, Sammy brought the baby to Aaron's chest which was gushing milk, and the baby was quick to latch on, suckling eagerly while perched against Aaron's massive abdomen.
Aaron released a strangled cry, and there was more squealing from below. Sammy hurried back behind him and caught the second infant just before it could plop onto the bed. This one was male, also pink, and littered with its own arbitrary pig-features.
"I can't...I can't
" cried Aaron as his stomach lurched and heaved with more contractions. He squirmed, tried to move, but he was just too burdened with offspring. Feebly, he reached down, trying to grasp at his ass, as though to stop the creatures from coming out. But it was too late now. They were coming whether he liked it or not.
Sammy brought the second born around to Aaron's front, and this one, too, was quick to latch against one of its mothers nipples.
"Sammy, what's...whats happening to me
" Aaron grunted as a third infant started to come. But this one was bigger. His face reddening, Aaron squirmed. "Nnrrrggghhh..." His breasts heaved, his belly button pulsing, as the infant started to crown, but became lodged there, frozen except for a throbbing caused by the pressure of the others behind it. "Aaagnhhhhhhh..." Aaron screamed.
Only vaguely interested in her roommate's struggle, Sammy lightly stroked the back of one of the nursing newborns. "The experiment worked, she mused aloud.
-
Aaron was sprawled on his side, unconscious except for the occasional grunt he released in his sleep.
His large, round breasts were perched beside him on the bed, on top of each other, as his twelve infants fought, struggled, and nursed at them. A third set of breasts, presently C-cups, had begun to emerge from beneath Aaron's second pair, and one the infants had begun to address them, nipping, prodding, and sucking, trying to feed and consequently making them develop all the faster.
Every so often, Aaron's body would tense, his face would redden, and a grunt would escape his throat.
It happened just at that moment, some sweat trickling from Aaron's brow, more of it shining against his breasts as he released a quiet whimper and his nipples tightened, swelling outwards and spraying. The pig creatures detached temporary in their surprise, but were quickly back to squirming all over him.
And despite all this, Aaron continued to sleep, his face pink and cheeks plump. His hips were full, and his bottom was large and round, protruding out behind him. His belly was still quite large, even after everything. It stuck out beneath his breasts to resemble a woman's at eight months pregnant.
-
A week passed.
Aaron's upper two pairs of breasts were large as volleyballs, round and heavy, presently bulging out of the massive bras they were crammed into, stacked on his chest. The third pairthe much smaller EE-cups hidden beneath themwas cradled against his hands. Aaron's face contorted in discomfort. These ones were too small. They were being squished by the upper ones.
Aarons belly had only gotten larger. He now looked due with twins in a normal pregnancy. It was time to see what was going on in there.
Sammy helped him into bed, where Aaron carefully reclined against some pillows. He did his best to support his breasts in his arms. And he tried to ignore the squealing noises come from the next roomhis babies piled together in their massive pen, squirming all over each other in their endless quest to find him. Even presently, his breasts were throbbing, bras seeming to tighten at that very moment. It didn't help that he could only feed six at a time.
"Sammy," said Aaron weakly as his three strapless bras started to dampen.
"Just another second
" said Sammy as she continued to perform the sonogram. She watched as an image was depicted on the screen. "Oh my."
"Is it what I think it is?"
Sammy nodded, and Aaron swallowed. It was a thirteenth infant, one that Aaron had failed to squeeze through his birth canal when he had birthed the twelve others. Aaron didnt know whether it had been because of its size or his exhaustion, but after the twelfth child, his body had stopped laboring, and he had passed out not to wake up until the next day by which point he had twelve other things on his plate aside from the curious fullness of his stomach.
But now he was experiencing new contractions. The thirteenth infant explained a lotthe episodes of tightness Aaron had been having at night usually when he was trying to relax. The way his abdominals spasmed at other times, the mound rocking, his pelvis aching. This baby wanted out.
"I would have to recommend...a cesarean," said Sammy, continuing to stare at the screen. The infant really was quite large by now, and was only getting bigger.
"I can't go public." Aaron aggressively shook his head. He looked down at himself. The only outcome he foresaw for going to a hospital was his being swept off by government agents and subsequently experimented on. He couldn't risk it to himself. And he couldn't risk losing his babies. Aarons belly gurgled and he rubbed his hand over it, rubbed the cool gel into his plump skin. "Sammy...what am I going to do?"
But his roommate seemed at a loss for words. The two simple stared at each other.

Maybe someday!
Would you consider writing a sequel where Sammy helps Aaron deliver the huge final baby anally?
