Her children had been weaned off milk. They were all a just as adorable as they had been the day they were born.
She dressed them all up in cute little outfits. They were all chubby cheeks, and squirming bodies. Her eight boys, and her perfect little girl. Who wouldnt adore them?
Youre nervous, Webber remarked.
Cona sighed. Is it that obvious?
She felt Webbers arms wrap around her from behind. They circled her waist, the only point of her torso that wasnt occupied by swollen mounds.
Despite it, her lower pair of breasts settled on his arms, round and heavy, each roughly the size of a basketball. They still leaked, mostly in the evenings. She didnt mind, though. Webber usually helped her out with that.
Cona stiffened when she heard the doorbell ring. Theyre here, she breathed, gripping Webbers arm.
Webber held her for a few moments longer, before finally releasing her.
Cona exited the room and made her way to the door, slowly, her swollen mounds wobbling against her. She glanced back, to see that Webber had followed, and was holding Lucy on his hip. A few babies were crawling after them. They were all still just under a year old.
Taking a deep breath, Cona opened her front door. She came face to face with her parents for the first time in a year. Both were as thin and elegant as they had been before. They looked at Cona in shock, eyes glued to her four swollen breasts and rocking udder.
Mom, dad, Cona practically stammered. She stepped aside. Please come in. Id like to introduce you to my family.
But her parents didnt move an inch. It felt like hours that they stood there, frozen in place. Cona was so nervous, she felt a bit nauseous.
Cona, said her mother, finally. What what happened to you? Her face was distraught.
It was an accident, Cona quickly supplied. I was exposed to experimental compounds. She grabbed her mothers hand, and practically pulled her inside. The details arent important. The point is, that this is who I am now. And Im happy. Thisthis is Lucy. Cona walked to Webber, and took her only girl from his arms.
Cona held Lucy up to her mother. Her mother grimaced at the subtle cow-features on the child.
But slowly, shakily, her mother reached out and accepted the gurgling infant. She held Lucy close, and Cona was relieved to see her mother smile.
Shes beautiful, her mother remarked.
Conas father stepped through the threshold to join them. He frowned uncertainly at the living room floor, which was quickly becoming occupied by the eight other babies.
I know, Cona agreed, some of her nervousness assuaged. Webber stood beside her and put his arm around her shoulders. I love them so much. I love who I am now.
As her mother gave a tremulous smile, her father bit his lip, and nodded.

Years passed, and things became mundane again. At least for John.
As everyone expected, he settled down with Jenny after college.
But it just wasnt the same. She just wasnt Cona.
He began to secretly fatten Jenny up. He put animal fat, and lard, and weight-gaining supplements in the meals her prepared for her after her busy days at work.
And it was working. Jenny was frustrated, but John was ecstatic to see the steady growth of her small belly. Her breasts were bigger, hips fuller, thighs thicker, and ass rounder. Mostly, her belly was swelling with more and more with fat, and as much as it delighted John to see the growth, it still just wasnt Cona.
You swear you talked to her about this? said Webber, where he was seated in the booth across from him in the quiet bar. John had arranged a secret meeting with his brother-in-law.
John nodded fervidly. We talked. This is what both of us want.
Webber gave him a contemplative look, then sighed, and pulled out the jar of squirming masses. John felt himself beginning to salivate just as the sight of it.
My sister hasnt spoken to me in years, but if I could do her this favor, wellthats something. Webber handed over the jar.
Thank you, said John, quickly stuffing it in his bag. You dont know how much the two of us appreciate this. Maybe he could implant Jenny tonight, after plying her with wine. She slept like a corpse when she was drunk, and he was sure he had a turkey baster somewhere.
Webber simply waved him off. Dont worry about it. Take care of my sister, John. And good luck with everythingthe pregnancy. Webber got up. He pulled on his jacket and paused just before leaving. I hope you two know what youre doing.
John didnt, but what did it matter? He grinned and called for his check.
