When Gina finally ducked into her office, there was a large plate of cookies on her desk, waiting for her. There was a small note beside it that simply said, From Warren. She shuddered. She lifted one of the treats. Still warm. Though these were oatmeal, they highly resembled the lactation cookies from before, and Gina had no doubt that they served the same function.
Ever-conscious of the camera peering down at her from the corner of the ceiling, Gina lifted the cookie to her mouth and began to munch, though her stomach protested, and her stomach gurgled in an uncomfortable way. She was just so full already.
Gina eased herself into her seat behind the desk. She continued to impatiently stuff the cookies down, doing her best not to groan or shudder. Her belly felt heavy and hot in her lap, where it gently heaved with her breathing.
Her phone alarm went off. Gina was tempted to pound her head on her desk, though she was doubtful that she could have achieved it given her current inflexible state. With her face flushed, and cheeks puffed out with food already, Gina removed the small container of dough balls she had packed into her bag, peeled off the cover, and hastily plucked one into her mouth.
Her breasts felt so heated. Her six nipples were stinging, and she could feel her three maternity bras getting warmer and heavier as her breasts released their burden of milk into the padding, drip by drip.
Gina continued to munch on the cookies, feeling beyond resigned. How was she even supposed to function like this? She could hardly reach her desk to look over a file, large as her belly was. The mounds were tight and sore, and so unpleasantly sweaty, all piled together on her chest. She dared not bend too much towards the cookie plate, in fear that her milk would just start spraying again.
And they felt as though they were getting tighter. Gina could hardly believe how plump and round each breast was, each bloated with milk and looking extraordinarily perfect, albeit unnatural as a set of six.
Gina leaned harder against her chair, arching her back, tugging at her wide collar. She moaned quietly to herself. Her cleavage bulged over the neckline, but it hardly helped, and she wasnt sure if this heat would ever leave her, as burdened as she was. It was too much. Her body needed to breathe. With quavering fingers, Gina took hold of the hem of her top and began to pull it up.
Gina whimpered as her office door swung open, and she hastily pulled her top back down.
There you are! said Rhonda in exasperation. I was calling you all morning. Where have you been? You have a meeting!
Meeting? said Gina stunned. I have nothing scheduled
It was last minute. They insisted. Rhonda rolled her eyes. Then she looked Gina up and down. What are you wearing?
Gina planted her hands against the desk top, and with some struggle, heaved herself to her feet. Her already flushed cheeks felt even hotter. Her six breasts heaved and jiggled as she caught her breath.
Rhondas lips fell apart.
I g-grew, Gina managed. She felt as though a dam would break. She didnt think she could hold it in for much longer. Her breasts were just so full. Gina withheld a groan as her lower most breasts pulsed with tension, squishing against the ones above it, which were equally sore.
Well thatsclear, said Rhonda mildly, her eyes travelling from Ginas overdue-with-twins-looking belly, then along each of her EE-cup breasts. Its a good thing Im always prepared.
Mmghh Gina fidgeted slightly, trying to alleviate some of the discomfort in her chest without actually touching the mounds. But it was no good. There was no position she could take up that didnt have every mound pressing to at least two others, unless, of course, she got down on all fours, which, Gina suspected, would leave her belly pressed uncomfortably against the ground.
She could feel her bras stretching, her six nipples distending as though to release more of their burden, until all six of the large nubs were distinctly protruding against the material, which had lost a good deal of its resistance. Did she need to change the padding already? Gina took a shuddering breath. All the while Rhonda stared on blankly. Gina released a groan, and cupped the side of her belly.
Movement? said Rhonda.
Gina managed to nod. She didnt like the way Rhonda was watching her. There was blatant excitement in the womans eyes.
Grinning, Rhonda hurried out of the room, and returned shortly with a piece of clothing hanging over her arm. She held up a skimpy dress that Gina goggled.
Rhonda, Im not wearing that.
Rhonda frowned. Mrs. Smith, you know the rules. You have to.
I cant, Gina managed, her face going even ruddier. This was just pushing things too far. She winced and straightened her spine, hoping to mollify some soreness. Rhonda, Im lactating.
Rhonda frowned and approached. Before Gina could realize what she intended to do, Rhonda grabbed hold of the wide neck of Ginas top, and jerked it down, to reveal Ginas first set, and some of her second set of breasts. Gina was conflicted between offense that her assistant would be so handsy, and uneasiness that her breasts all seemed to be bulging evidently from her bra cups since she had put them on earlier. There was also the relief at the cool air hitting her bloated, sweaty flesh. Her nipples were still prominently erect, looking swollen, and unusually long, practically tunneling through the stretched bra material.
Rhonda grimaced. Really, Mrs. Smith, whats your husband good for?
W-what?
Theres nothing for it. Rhonda tutted, her eyes still glued to Ginas heaving chest. Well just have to make sure youre empty before you go into the meeting.
What are you talking about?
Rhonda walked to the shelf lining the west wall, removing some books that were kept there mostly for aesthetic purposed. She reached her hand into the dark segment created by the absent books, rummaged a bit, then eventually pulled out two devices with large suction cups and an attached container. Gina had to scrutinize it for a moment before she recognized it as a breast pump.
I knew those babies were gonna blow, just didnt think it would happen so soon, said Rhonda nonchalantly as she dumped the breast pumps heavily onto Ginas desk.
Gina was sweating worse than ever. You want me to
Yes. Of course. What are you planning to do, spray the investors? she added wryly.
Gina gulped.
Those babies are growing fast. Rhonda released a low whistle, still surveying Ginas breasts.
Im sorry, where did you get your professional training? said Gina tightly.
Rhonda just smiled cheekily at her. Just hurry up. Ill stall. And she hurried off.
Gina stood there, blankly staring at the pumps. As she did, her phone alarm began to ring again. She scowled. Another dough ball was due, and she hadnt even finished the cookies. Then there was the fact that she still had toto pump herself.
Gina absently pawed at the queasy squirms on the side of her belly. With her free hand, she ran her fingers through her hair, shook her head, and sighed.

As usual, the outfit was not office-appropriate at all. It was a deep plunge halter dress, through which the cleavage of all three breasts bulged through the incredibly low neckline. The back of the dress was an even lower V-cut, so that the tops of her round ass cheeks were practically pushing out of it.
The fabric seemed to hug every contour of her swollen breasts. Gina couldnt wear a bra because of her exposed back and cleavage, which left her distended nipples freely protruding, and uncomfortably rubbing into the soft fabric. As usual, her breasts showed no sign of dropping, full as they were with milk.
Gina hadnt been able to bring herself to pump her breasts. What if it just stimulated them?
Instead, she managed to find reassurance in the fact that the lactation had stopped, at least for the time being. Still, her nipples were large and pink, reminding of her teats, the way they protruded so unnaturally, and practically pulsed with the burden within them. They were long and thick, reminding her of bottle corks, but softer, and decidedly more fleshy.
Her breasts wobbled freely, which just made Gina grunt and pause with every few steps she managed.
The office door flung open again, and Rhondas gawking face appeared. You look great! she gushed, absently licking her lips.
Gina did her best to ignore the other woman. Holding the underside of her belly, and gathering whatever composure she could come by, took a deep breath, and waddled off.
Rhonda hurriedly led the way.

Of course, Gina knew that the meeting aspect of the affair was just a guise. She was really there to be shown off to the investors. Her swollen ass bobbed as she took careful steps towards the door. Her belly preceded her into the room.
Stunned faces greeted her.
Good afternoon, gentlemen. Gina tried not to sound as breathless as she felt. She waddled over to the head of the large rectangular table. I understand there were concerns?
