Summary: When Sam leaves home for the first time and starts college, she immediately notices that her campus has a shockingly high fertility rate, among other things. Women walk around with swollen bellies and heavy multiples-pregnancies. Some just tout along fat bellies with no children contained inside of them as they stuff themselves relentlessly with food. Some women have monstrously massive breasts, or hugely swollen asses. And the men all seem to be hung like bulls. When Sam finds herself starting to put on weight herself, she tries to escape the campus, but all her efforts seem to just lead her in circles. In the meantime, she swells. Contains: Female: belly expansion, breast expansion, butt expansion, pregnancy, weight gain, birth.

Sam hummed uncomfortably through the throbs of heat and pressure. Her abdomen pressed harder into her legs as she arched and tried to alleviate the unbearable tightness of it as it stretched out her dress. She panted quietly, one of her hands pressing to her flushed cheek.
The other hand cradled the side of her churning mound, as it pushed and tightened, gently inching forward as she fidgeted beneath it.
She couldnt believe how big she was getting. She tugged feebly at the hem of her dress as it shrunk against her. Her breasts grew fuller and heavier, bulging against her sagging neckline. She feared her spaghetti straps would snap, yet she had other things to worry about, such as her shuddering gut.
Thankfully everyones attention remained on the professor, who was releasing short wails with each of her contractions. The woman was resolute in her attempts to finish the lesson, even when it was evident that she was now pushing out her baby under the desk.
Sams growth spurt eased down, leaving her a flushed, breathless, sweaty mess. Her loins were tense and heavy, thighs quavering. She felt as though her baby was already low and jammed in her birth canal, yet still no labor. She shuddered and mopped some of the sweat from her face with her hand.
Her nipples were hard, in fact, achingly tense, her breasts heaving up and down where they were perched atop the mound of her belly.
Sam was completely wiped out. Between that and Professor Sneeds clear preoccupation, Sam had no hopes of gleaning anything from the lesson that day. Instead she sagged back and allowed herself to doze off.
-
She gasped awake some time later to the shuffling noises of everyone getting up to leave the class. Sam looked around, slightly disoriented.
It seemed Professor Sneed had had a quick labor, as she was now cradling a pair of infant twins in her arms.
Twins? Really? Sam thought in disbelief. Sneed hadnt even been that round.
The Professor was flushed and dewy but seemed remarkably composed. Remember to review chapter eleven for Fridays test, she called out as students stuffed their books into their backpacks.
The usual flock of students shuffled for the door, men with huge packages bulging out obscenely between their thighs, and girls toting little bellies cradled lovingly with their hands.
Little? Sam thought, surprised with herself. Since when had she thought the girls on campus to be little? They had always been ridiculously large to her.
But as Sam looked around the class, her heart sunk, and she realized that few of the girls could come close to rivaling her in the size department anymore. Even the bizarre belly-fat girl Sam had spotted on one of her first days at campus seemed rather tame as she waddled for the door, hands clutching her round jiggling mound to support it as it bobbed on her torso.
Unease twisted in Sams gut, but she tried to dismiss it. It wouldnt be long for her, she was sure. After three attempts, and a tremendous amount of effort, Sam managed to heave herself up to her feet, her face twisting into a grimace as she was acquainted with the full weight of her swollen body.
She waddled slowly for the door. Her belly was wider than she was, her body feeling incredibly awkward as she tried to balance the jutting mound. She groaned as her insides gave a powerful lurch. She still couldnt believe how huge she was. She looked like she might just burst, her mound throbbing and heaving, skin twitching, prodding out at the surface with the movements of whatever laid within her. She released a quiet groan, clutching what she could of her mass. She looked as though she had a small bolder attached to her, her swollen breasts perched atop it.
It took effort to maneuver her body, aiming her mass through the doorway. The huge mass preceded her exit by seconds, and the sides looked close to scraping the doorframe. Her plump ass stuck out behind her like two fat pillows, stretching her dress tightly against them. She was simply immense. Some crude goddess of fertility. She desperately wanted it to be over, but for the moment, she mainly just focused on not bumping her belly into things.
It was unsettling that she no longer fit in on the bizarre campus because of the fact that she herself had gotten too bizarre. She just wanted the whole ordeal to be over with, though she couldnt envision what her ideal outcome would be.
You just have to let go, Sam, said Patty ominously that evening. Just accept it. Let go.
What are you talking about? said Sam uneasily, from where she was sprawled back on the couch, breathlessly watching her belly heave.
Patty just smiled and shook her head. She lightly stroked her perfect little belly. Im going to call it a night.
As Patty disappeared into her room, Sam dropped her head back and stared at the ceiling. Let go, Patty had said. It had to mean something. Sam feared she knew what Patty was getting at.
The mousy boy Sam had met the other day had specifically told her not to give birth on campus. That doing so would change her.
It wasnt as though Sam had control of when she would go into labor. Well, she didnt think she did. She was just aware of the low weight on pelvis, that had her cupping the underside of her mound at times, like something might spill away at any moment. The pressure on her groin was tight and uncomfortable, a clenching sensation occupying her lower abdomen as though something was stuck there.
Sam lightly shook her head. She really didnt have any control.
And there was no point in obsessing with the ramblings of some paranoid stranger.
Sam allowed her eyelids to drop. She cast her troubled thoughts aside, and eventually, managed to doze.
But it was not a restful sleep.
She was suddenly on all foursor an attempt at that. Her hands not making contact with the mattress beneath her, but instead one clutching her headboard while the other gripped at her pulsing midsection that was massively swollen even in her dreams.
Something was inside her. Someone. His organ was thick and long, fantastically massive, as her body throbbed and clenched and sucked it in, as tight as she was, as huge as he was. Thrust after thrust, she groaned and rocked, growing redder and redder, until he exploded inside her. Her belly clenched and rolled, as she was pushed over the edge, her innards swelling, pushing, bulging out from her shuddering torso.
When Sam awoke, she was sprawled back, sweaty and panting. She felt as though she was pinned down beneath something, and she scrambled wildly until she managed to turn herself into her side. The erotic dreams getting weirder than ever before.
Once she was fully aware of her surroundings, she took a few moments to catch her breath, her belly propped beside her, heaving gently as she stared at the way the huge mound laid on the mattress, probably big enough that a young woman of her small former build could have been curled up inside her. Sam lightly shook her head in she continued to stare in disbelief.
It took a while for her to heave herself up into a sitting position, thighs spread, hands planted firmly on the mattress behind her as she arched her sore back. She groaned as her nipples rubbed against the overtaxed T-shirt that covered them, rendered a belly-shirt. Her nipples had gotten quite large and swollen, the size of fat-grapes by then, continuously erect. They ached at times, but the discomfort of her chest didnt come close to the awkward sensation that seemed to continuously occupy her loins.
Her labia was plumply engorged, and she almost felt as though something was lodged there, in her passageway, throbbing forcefully, wanting to push out of there, but instead simply sitting low in her pelvis as her body gently contracted against it. She knew she wasnt imagining the tension, but wondered if she was doing it on purpose, desperate to give birth. She was reminded of the braxtons hicks her aunt had suffered, but those were experienced deep in ones abdomen, not low in ones groin. It felt as though her baby might just pop right out.
Her belly rolled, and the urge to push grew more intense, but in her panic, Sam held back, clenching tightly, even clutching at the underside of her mound. She wasnt in active labor. This didnt even make sense. Her loins quavered, but again she fought it, pulling, squeezing, drawing the weight back, until she was shuddering and rubbing what she could reach of her pelvis, cheeks red, face twisted at the bizarrely congested sensation.
And now she was scared. She should have just pushed. Allow whatever was meant to happen to just happen already.
Yet she couldnt stop thinking about what the odd boy had told her. To get off campus. Not to give birth here.
Sam hissed quietly as she suffered a barrage of cuffs and kicks. Her baby felt like an eight-limbed octopus inside of her. She rubbed at it hard with the palms of her hands, until the wriggling eased enough that she was willing to move again.
Getting up was a struggle, and once on her feet, she was reduced to a staggering waddle. She clutched what she could of her massive belly as she moved around. She was practically rocking in her awkward gait, heaving her body forward with every tentative step she took. Her mound swelled out and in, and Sam found that she was perpetually breathless even when she was stationary. Worse, she was only getting bigger. She didnt know how much longer she would be able to support her mass.
When she went about the college, those who didnt stare seemed so very proud of her. They gave her encouraging smiles and nods while cupping at their own bulging midsections. The larger she grew that greater their glee. She was beginning to look as though she had a baby elephant curled inside of her.
There was a sense of relatabilitycomraderythat had not been present when Sam had first arrived on campus. Her classmates were more welcoming, and inviting, than ever. They wanted to take her in. They wanted her to become one of them.
That afternoon, Sam couldnt get up.
After 10 minutes, and several attempts to swing her body out of her chair, she found herself a gasping, sweat-soaked, with her professor and several classmates standing around her in ostensible concern.
Sam was planted firmly in her seat, her desk pushed so far away from her by her belly that it had been rendered useless days ago. She was wearing a strapless dressstrapless only because the spaghetti straps had snapped during her attempt to get the dress on, so she had cut the rest off. It hugged her swollen tits, fat ass, and massive belly, the material stretchy and hugging her, ending high on her thighs, round tits practically popping out of the neckline.
Sam huffed for a while, shaking her head. This cant be happening, she thought.
Not to worry, I sent for the nurse, said Professor Durpin, his pelvis outward, the outline of his massive cock going practically halfway down his leg. The door swung open, and a heavily pregnant woman in a nurses uniform waddled in, pushing a large wheelchair ahead of her.
Completely understandable considering your condition, said the nurse as she came to Sams side. She stood with her back to the professors, her plump ass almost certainly making contact with the professors groin.
Durpin tilted his head, exchanging Sams appalled look with a superficial one of concern. She was being gaslighted, she had to be.
What condition? asked Sam, wondering if someone would actually acknowledge it.
Oh dear. The nurse shook her head.
Sam groaned out as several of her male classmates heaved her into the wheelchair.
The nurse frowned. Youre weak. I brought you a snack, sweetie. The woman rummaged in her purse and withdrew a large deli block of cheese. An actual five pound block. She stuffed it into Sams arms, and despite herself, Sam peeled back the wrapping and began to nibble on it while glaring around.
Bring her back to her dorm, the nurse commanded. Youre taking the rest of the day off.
Hardly having the energy to protest, Sam allowed herself to be wheeled away.
