Kim stared at the needle in her hand.
Kim was a somewhat plump young woman. Despite this, Kim had always had a flat chest. She had tried everything from drugs to topicals, and even massages, but nothing could seem to correct her anomaly. For most of Kims life, she had been desperate to have breasts, but nothing so far had worked. At twenty-six, her prospects of still blossoming were low. As a cashier, she would never be able to afford cosmetic surgery. So she had searched the internet for anything she hadnt tried, finally coming across the bright green injectable presently gripped in her hand. The accompanying pamphlet claimed that the serum would cause whatever body-part it was injected into to over-eat, whatever that meant.
It seemed absurd to actually introduce this unknown drug into her system, but by then, Kim was willing to do absolutely anything for breasts.
And so, taking a deep breath, Kim injected half of the needle into her right breast, and the other half into her left.
In only a matter of days, Kim was stunned to notice a difference. Her usually tiny nipples had swelled somewhat, her typically flat chest looking somewhat fuller. Kim reigned her excitement and patiently waited.
But in another few days, the difference was clear. Kim had developed A-cups on her chest. She cupped them in the mirror, her face flushed and eyes wide.
Curiously, Kim seemed to have also lost a bit of weight, particularly in her love handles. Though when Kim stepped in the scale, her weight was unchanged. She shrugged it off. She wasnt going to complain.
Kims breasts continued to bloom. A-cups became Bs, Kim finally feeling confident enough to start wearing tight shirts and tanktops. She didnt want to bother with bras, wanting her breasts to look as pronounced as possible. She kept her back arched, and showed them off for all to see. When she reached C-cups, she was in a state of bliss. They were round, plump, absolutely perfect. They were also hyper-sensitive. Kim spent her nights massaging them with her fingers as she writhed in her sheets.
Oddly, though, Kim had continued to lose weight. Now she was no longer plump, but attractively slim. She was gorgeous. She almost looked like a model.
Except for the matter of her height. During her annual physical, her doctor reported that she was an inch shorter than she had been last year. He went over the numbers several times, confused as she was.
At home, Kim surveyed herself in her mirror. Her breasts were round, bloated D-cups but then. No maybe DDs. Kim wasnt sure. She still hadnt tried on a bra. She didnt need to. They were so gloriously round and gorgeous. She even loved the weight of them on her torso. She loved watching them gently bob as she walked around.
She was getting a little concerned about her weight though. It had continued to drop, and she was beginning to look rather thin. She wasnt eating any less than usual. It was like all her weight was going straight to her breasts. Kim held her side, examining her exposed ribs. Was this a side-effect of the drug?
Kim quickly dug the serum pamphlet out of a drawer, feeling relieved that she had not thrown it away. She scanned it with her eyes, only then realizing that there was a back to it.
The injected body-part will continue to consume any and all calories that enter the host. The injected body part will also go on to consume any of the hosts fat content and nutrients to ensure its continued, perpetual growth
Oh god, Kim whispered, dropping the pamphlet. She absently held her round breasts with her arm where they were presently stretching out the bandeau top she had adorned around them.
So that was what the pamphlet had meant by over-eat. She really was wasting. And apparently there was no end to this. Would she simply shrink to nothing but a giant set of breasts? There has to be an antidote, Kim said to herself, her panicked eyes now searching the pamphlet for information on stopping the effects of the drug.
