Connor felt helpless as he was dragged into a new room. Most of his focus was just on staying balanced. Soon he was pushed down to his knees, then on all fours so he was grunting in discomfort as his belly pressed the floor. The back of his tunic was pulled up, and Connor felt something - a large capsule - being pushed deeply inside of him. It had to be the size of a prescription pill bottle. Connor struggled and groaned as it slid deeper and deeper. As soon as it hit his stomach, his abdomen gurgled, his face reddened, and Connor experienced a sensation of uncomfortable heaviness that scared him. What had been stuffed inside of him?
"The egg capsule should keep the human abundant for some time," one alien said to another in their strange slithery language. The alien pulled Connor up as the two proceeded to drag him to the exam room.
Connor allowed himself to be pushed onto a table where he laid flat on his back, his belly rising and falling with his heavy breathing. His nipples were swollen stiff and throbbing, protruding considerably from his large breasts. Three other aliens joined the first two in poking and prodding him. His fat nipples only grew more distended, were that even possible, his face straining red as the pore on each opened up to produce a fat dollop of a purple substance that was a thick, pudding-like consistency. Connor panted as each slowly rolled down the undersides of his breasts, leaving purple smears along the way.
The surrounding aliens hummed and clicked in observation as Connor simply gasped for breath. He winced as he experienced a sensation of tightness in his belly. He could sense that he would have to give birth again soon.
The surrounding aliens released disapproving murmurs.
"His litters have been small thus far," one alien noted to the others. "And the eggs, small in size."
"What if they are too weak to thrive?" said another.
"The human's body is not carrying them for a long enough time."
"I have a remedy for that," said Lazzor. He brandished what looked like a thick, fat-headed eel that was roughly six inches long.
Two other aliens jerked Connor's legs open and drew them up before Lazzor lowered the organic-looking thing to his anus, tail first. Connors eyes bulged as he felt it push right into him, until it could proceed no farther, the head jammed against his opening like a cork. It was strange. It was uncomfortable. The thing was just stuffed there, jamming his anus. Connor felt the tail wiggle slightly inside him, and his whole body shuddered. His face turned red as his dick hardened, and began to jab against the underside of his belly.
Connor's stomach contracted again. "Ngghh..." He groaned, holding his belly and closing his eyes. His abdomen was a massive round ball by then. He imagined he looked due with quads, his belly button protruding like a golf ball. He moaned and tried to gain some leverage to push, but was soon dragged up and into another room.
It was time to meet his young.
Connor was pushed inside a dimly lit room, the door sliding closed behind him. He stood there panting for a moment, before slowly lowering himself to his knees. His back sore, he arched it, stretching it, pushing his belly even farther outwards.
His breasts resembled two plump honeydews pressed against each other on his chest, areola puffy and pink, his nipples, so large and unnatural looking, Connor found himself staring. Each nipple had to be an inch and a half long by then, each as thick as a nickel.
Connor reddened as a sudden tension shot through them, and somehow, his nipples distended even more before the left one slowly pushed out another fat droplet of the purple pudding that proceeded to splat on the floor. His right nipple soon followed, and the process was such a considerable strain on his body, Connor's forehead had become beaded with sweat.
As another contraction hit, Connor managed to lower himself to his back, where he spread his legs, heaved up his ass, and gave a push. Feeling the eggs shift, Connor released a strangled cry, but no egg emerged. In fact, something was...impeding them.
Connor tried pushing again and again, his belly bobbing and nipples wiggling as he shifted and squirmed beneath his mass. He slid his hand to his anus, where it encountered the head of the eel that been newly placed there. What was this thing? Some sort of plug to keep him from birthing?
Connor tried to tug it out, but it was stuck like glue. The tail end inside of him wiggled again, which left him trembling until he came against the underside of his belly. Connor clutched his mound, gasping for breath.
Connors heart pounded, his belly heaving. He didnt understand the purpose of this. Why were they keeping him from giving birth? He struggled until he scrambled up to a sitting position, panting. As the eels head pressed hard against his anus, his dick hardened again. Nnngghh
he groaned, his face flushed.
There was a hissing noise coming from the far side of the room. Connor quickly looked up and stared warily into the surrounding darkness. Was there someone else in there?
The hissing intensified, going from a solitary sound to one that represented several in number, numerous creatures.
Connor shivered, his body betraying him as two new fat dollops of purple pudding pushed out of his right nipple, and one from his left. "H-hello?" said Connor shakily.
But the hissing only got louder and more overwhelming, as the sound - the creatures - his creatures - closed in on him. It was far more unsettling than the alien adults who were intelligent beings, not driven by selfish, irrational instinct.
Connor tried to get up, but he had become so ungainly, he could hardly gather the composure to get himself to his feet. He watched his offspring slowly creep out of the shadows, his skin crawling as they drew closer and closer, his nipples continuing to pushed out fat dollops of sustenance, as though in greeting.
There was a moment of eerie calm before, all at once, the creatures launched themselves at him.

Connor could remember the sound of breaking glass. He remembered the sensation of his legs moving until they felt numb beneath him. And then only darkness.
His breasts were hot, as was his belly, leaving the rest of his body cool. His head throbbed and his nipples ached. He was curled on a hard, gritty surface, yet it was more comfortable than the cool marble he was familiar with.
Connor opened his eyes, feeling stunned as a light breeze gently pressed against his swollen body.
He didn't know how, but he was outside.
With some difficulty, Connor got himself sitting upright.
Admittedly, he had never thought he would be outside again. He hadn't even known whether he had been on earth or somewhere deep in space several galaxies away. The white marble room was all he had come to know.
"How am I...here?" Connor stared up at the blue sky in awe.
Though not in the most aesthetic of settings, he would take what he got.
Connor was perched on the dirt floor of a narrow alleyway, a dumpster not far from where he was seated.
He remained there for a while, breathing in and out. He took inventory of his state. He seemed fine for the most part. Healthy - aside from his alien-stuffed pregnant belly. He wished the whole thing had been a dream, but beggars couldn't be choosers. He was just relieved to be free. Connor tugged his tunic down over his belly, but it was an extremely tight fit now. He did his best to stuff his breasts back into the collar, but his cleavage still bulged heavily from it, nipples inches from popping out.
Bracing himself on the brick wall beside him, Connor then managed to stand. He legs trembled somewhat beneath him, but he felt confident enough to take a step forward. He then looked down at himself and clutched his belly with both hands.
His large breasts trembled slightly, and again popped out of the low collar tunic, two fat mounds protruding blatantly on his chest. The sensation of the cool air on Connors nipples left Connor shivering. Connor noticed an old brown scarf hanging from the dumpster. Walking over to it, he tugged it down, and did his best to wrap his breasts. He whimpered somewhat as his hyper-aroused nipples were compressed and flattened beneath the fabric. He tied the scarf in the front, his cleavage bubbling over it but nipples concealed.
Connor then smoothed his hands over the rest of the tunic. It seemed more dirty and worn than he remembered. Why couldnt he remember how he had gotten here?
Still holding his belly, Connor took a deep breath, and finally began to waddle out of the alleyway. As he encountered the first new faces he had seen in quite a while, he felt a flood of relief - even with the odd stares he got as strangers passed him by. Connor was just relieved to be away from the marble room. He didn't know what to do or say at that point. Everything seemed so new again. But one thing was certain.
Connor deeply wanted to go home.
