Lazzor, we do not have the resources for this human to support that many offspring, said one alien to another, as he indicated Connor, who was still lying unconscious on the table before them.
We do if we cut the others rations, hissed the alien, Lazzor.
There was a murmur amongst them, and then it was decided. In unison, the group of aliens gave a curt nod, and everyone went off to work.

Connor awoke with a groan. He blearily opened his eyes. To his surprise, his head was in a womans lap. He looked up at her, but didnt recognize her face. It must have been a new girl. What happened? Connor groaned.
Well... said the girl. I think you gave birth.
Connor blinked, suddenly remembering his ordeal. He glanced down at his stomach, which still looked as though he was eight months pregnant. Is that even
possible? Then why am I still so... he groaned as his stomach tightened. The girl helped him up to a sitting position.
Im Mala, said the other girl. She looked to be in her early twenties, and regarded Connor with concern.
Connor, Connor responded.
Why are you... Mala paused, careful with her words. Different from the others?
Connor glanced at the others around them. They were all remaining several paces away from him and Mala, their terrified eyes looking away.
I dont know, Connor said. Maybe I just
am. He felt a strange twinge in his stomach, and he released another grunt. Ive been here the longest, he noted, with some bemusement.
Mala seemed intrigued by this. So you were the first?
I wasnt the first, Connor corrected her. But Ive been here the longest.
Over the next few days, Connor and Mala maintained a quiet friendship. Though the other women alienated Mala for this, Mala seemed interested, if not just intrigued, by Connor, and most importantly, she seemed keen to survive. She wanted all the advice she could get.
Unfortunately for her, Connor did not have much to offer. In addition to this, he was preoccupied by his abdomen, which was steadily growing. He soon looked at term in a regular pregnancy, if not somewhat overdue. Every day, more pressure seemed to accumulate within him, his belly button bulging out the size of a golf ball. His full breasts were perched atop his belly, and heaving constantly with his heavy breathing. New mechanical beetle-things had been attached to his nipples, their wide mouths fully encompassing them. But instead of sucking, they simply served as a barrier. They even stretched as his nipples distended or grew. Connor had tried and failed to remove them. Unable to release his growing burden of milk, a newfound fullness was building in his breasts. His sweaty cleavage bulged heavily from the low cut of his latest tunic.
As the days passed, Connor noticed how quickly his belly seemed to be growing, and how thin the other girls seemed to be getting. He was usually propped against a wall, struggling to find a comfortable position. He looked due with twins, and showed no sign of slowing down. Mala, meanwhile, looked terribly frail.
It was only then that Connor noticed how small the IV bags of the other girls seemed to have gotten. Most of them were already empty that day. Additionally, none of the other girls seemed to have their own jugs of cream anymore. Though Connor felt continuously hungry, he urged Mala to take his.
Mala simply pressed her lips and shook her head. It was clear that she was terrified.
That day Connor went into labor again. His body was racked with quick contractions. Red in the face, he shifted to all fours, struggling to push. His belly heaved as he tried to bear down, his breasts bobbing unpleasantly. He felt something within him shift, and an object the size of an ostrich egg press against his opening. Was it bigger this time? Why did the eggs seem bigger this time? Connor cried out in pain as the object slowly stretched him. He felt Mala rub his back, offering him encouraging murmurs.
The synthetic beetles enwrapping his nipples buzzed and malfunctioned, no longer capable of damming his abundance of milk. They dropped off his nipples, and the front of Connors gown was immediately flooded with the pale green sustenance his body produced. His nipples bulged and distended grossly, as though they might tunnel the way through his tightening clothes.
All the while, Connor struggled with his third egg, his body heaving as he pushed and pushed. It wasnt as painful, as it was difficult, and uncomfortable. He couldnt imagine the number of masses stuffed within him. He pushed and struggled to get them out.
But after the fifth, he labored no further. Panting, Connor stared down at his girth. His belly seemed no smaller, and if it was, then not by a significant amount. It seemed that birthing was not going to be the easiest part of his alien pregnancy. He desperately rubbed at his bloated girth, then pressed his lips, struggling not to sob. He glanced up at Mala, who dabbed at his sweat with her own clothes. Connor knew what would happen next. Mala?
Before Mala could respond, everything had gone black, and Connor was again in the aliens quarters.
To his surprise, he was brought back to consciousness before being dismissed. He awoke on a cool metal table, and trembled in fear of the small crowd of aliens collected around him, prodding him, and hissing to each other in their strange alien tongue.
He groaned slightly as he noticed his nipples. They were visibly expanding and contracting now as they poured milk. His front was completely soaked, the thin material pasted to his bloated body. He whimpered slightly as an alien reached down and tore open his tunic. There were more murmurs amongst the aliens, more gentle prodding of his abdomen.
The human is almost ready to feed the first batch, said one alien to another. He reached down and cupped Connors aerola, brushing his thumb against his nipple, causing Connor to yelp as it bulged out in response. In the center of his nipple, a pore had developed, looking like a smiling little mouth as it freely seeped milk. Give the human the treatment, said the alien, withdrawing his hand from Connors breast.
Connor was left to watch as the aliens bustled about, gathering materials. He rubbed the sides of his large belly, moaning quietly to himself. Ohhh... he groaned, at another twinge within.
The aliens returned with two new mechanical bugs. These ones resembled mosquitoes. Connor shivered as each was lowered to one of his nipples. The devices sat perched atop them for a moment, before suddenly twitching, and in unison, plunging their proboscis into the pores on his nipples. Connor released a yelp, but found there was no pain. The mosquitoes twitched their wings from time to time, but did nothing more. He stared in wonderment of what this horrible device was meant to do.
Connor felt a new tunic being pulled over his head. It was crisp but confortable. They dressed him like royalty. Though this attire seemed somewhat more formfitting than the others had been, probably because of his increasing size. It outlined his bulging belly button, puffy areola, enlarged nipples, and even the strange creatures perched upon them. Connor watched one of the aliens raise its balled pointer finger, and suddenly he was back in the marble room, perched on the floor.
Mala looked at him in surprise. What happened?
I dont know. I guess... Connor couldnt continue. He was just too overwhelmed.
Mala looked at him, and understood. To Connors surprise, the girl embraced him, or what she could of him. Connor could do little more than stare over her shoulder, at the marble walls.
Despite his every-day increasing mass, Connor forced himself to walk around the room whenever he had the energy. His gait had diminished to an awkward wobble, his belly swinging back and forth as he struggled to haul it around. His large breasts were perched atop it, round, full, and jiggling continuously. The mechanical mosquitoes did little more than twitch every now and then.
In a matter of days, he had come to look overdue with triplets. His belly was starting to get wider than he was. He was constantly feeling flustered and overheated, his body drenched in sweat. Mala tried to keep his spirits up, and Connor took to ignoring the rest of the frightened girls.
One day, he gave birth to another seven ostrich-egg sized goey masses. He struggled to have more, but his labor ended, to his frustration. Afterwards, he was just relieved that he wasnt abducted to the aliens quarters as he usually was. Panting and red, he regarded the eggs for a while, before they simple disappeared. They had been teleported, no doubt. Connor rubbed his bloated belly, not knowing what to think of it all.
The more pregnant he became, the more hungry he felt. One day, in addition to his jugs of cream, there was a bucket of a strange gruel beside his. It was gray, and full of weird, slimy masses, looking like the most unappealing thing on the planet, and off it. He poked his finger in, tasting it, and, to his surprise, it was delicious.
It was early morning, and the other girls were still asleep. Connor got to his knees and somehow hauled his bloated body over to Mala, urging her to have some, but the other woman refused. In the end, Connor simply ate it on his own, slurping the gruel, gulping down the slimy masses, feeling his belly tighten, and the creatures within him twitch in contentment.
When not eating, drinking, or giving birth, Connor tried to get some rest. He leaned on a wall, rubbing his massive belly, not knowing why, just aware of how large and imposing it was becoming.
Then, suddenly, the mosquitoes acted.
Connor yelped as both creatures suddenly launched something from their proboscis, through his nipples, and into his breasts. Both then died and fell off his nipples. In the meantime, his breasts bloated up, becoming completely round, and full, feeling like they might burst. His nipples bulged out considerably, both beginning to seep a pale purple substance that was thick like pudding. Not the greenish thin fluid he was familiar with.
Connor groaned in discomfort as his breasts became fuller and fuller, both gently popping out from over the collar of his low-cut tunic. His eyes were clenched in pain, but he was dimly aware as several aliens surrounded him, their balled pointed fingers raised. What was happening to him?
Little did Connor know, his first eggs had just begun to hatch, the creatures within them, ready to be fed.
