The routine continued over the next few days, Laura being forced to stuff herself to capacity during breakfast, lunch, and dinner as Derek observed. And Laura could feel herself growing. She would be constantly overheated, body soaked in sweat. A week had passed since her abduction, and she was officially a whole month overdue with triplets. She could feel the babies squirm fretfully inside her. They were getting bigger and bigger, and Laura didnt know how much longer this could go on. She could see the difference. The clothes that she had been wearing when Derek had taken her were now skin tight, and barely fitting. By then, her belly resembled an overfilled beach ball.
That day, said beach ball was bouncing against the mattress beneath Laura as Derek rode her from behind.
How many do you have stuffed in there? Derek murmured in her ear.
Laura was panting. Three, she managed, though Derek already knew this. Three babies, Laura groaned, on the cusp of orgasm, and she hated herself at that moment.
Derek grunted. And how
far along are you? he asked breathily.
A
month
overdue, Laura grunted back.
Derek came, Laura moaning in a mixture of pleasure and discomfort as her stomach was filled more than it already was. She tingled and seeped, and Derek was still at it, Lauras face reddening and reddening as she was filled more. It felt almost like Derek was trying to get her even more pregnant.
When it was over, both sunk, Lauras heavy body perching against Dereks lap as she weakly groaned and the babies squirmed. Derek took to massaging her taut flesh, rubbing his hands up and down it, marveling at the size. After a while, he pulled away, detaching himself from Laura, and leaving the girl to hold herself upright.
Laura fell into panting, her body cool from Dereks absence. But as expected, Derek returned shortly, placing a large glass in Lauras hand.
Laura looked down at the milkshake. She knew what she had to do. Closing her mouth around the straw, she forced it down as Derek returned to stroking her belly. Dereks hands rose to play with the bloated mounds on Lauras chest, causing Laura to shiver.
When Laura finished the shake, she covered a belch. Her belly trembled, causing her to grunt in discomfort. She felt Derek harden again.
But rather than indulging, Derek climbed off the bed. Here. He tossed something into Lauras lap.
Laura looked down at the strapless bra she had been given.
Put it on, said Derek.
Laura stared at it momentarily, before pulling it on. Derek watched as she struggled into the strapless C-cups. The confinement was unpleasant on Lauras sore mounds. Her breast-flesh bulged over the top of the cups, and just seemed to make Derek more aroused.
Your body is responding well to the treatment, said Derek, as he observed.
Laura found the term well, to be subjective. It implied something good. Treatment was also quite subjective given the circumstances. It implied something consensual and productive was transpiring.
But Laura knew better than to voice these thoughts. She tiredly nodded as she cradled what she could of her belly. The babies had stopped kicking much lately. She worried they were constricted in there. They had put on a lot of weight, and fast. Now they mostly squirmed. She just hoped they werent as uncomfortable as she was.
Get ready for lunch, said Derek. He walked off.

Laura took a few moments to catch her breath, but she knew she didnt have long before Derek came back to get her. She pulled on a t-shirt that stretched over her fecund mound, and a pair of sweatpants that were pushed down low on her waist by her belly. With that, Laura waddled out of bedroom, one hand clutching the underside of her belly as the other one held her tense back. If there was any consolation in this, it was that she was never alone. Its okay, well be okay, she muttered quietly to her mass, stopping once she reached the entrance of the dining room. The doorframe seemed to be getting narrower every day. Carefully navigating her belly through, Laura proceeded to the table and eased herself into her chair. Derek was already there, waiting for her.
Laura surveyed the table. The meal was expansive, like all the others. Her first course consisted of a mountain of food that made her sweat just looking at it.
I dont think I can take much more, said Laura weakly. She rubbed her mound, she cheeks reddening as it trembled again. Derek, the babies theyre getting so big.
Derek stood from his seat and approached.
Please Derek, take me to the hospital. Its time for us to meet them, said Laura, forcing a smile in feeble hopes of getting through to the other teen.
Derek lifted a large spoon of buttery mashed potatoes and presented it to Lauras lips.
Laura shook head. Dont make me.
Laura tensed as Derek touched her belly, Dereks fingers crawling along it.
Laura trembled. Please.
Dereks fingers continued to crawl along her, until they reached her breasts, which they groped and squeezed. As Laura gasped, the heaping spoon was stuffed into her mouth, and she had to swallow just not to choke. Afterward, Laura tried to clamp her lips closed.
Dont piss me off, Laura, said Derek.
I cant
I cant grow anymore.
But Derek was now handling Lauras tender breasts rather roughly, squeezing the overly bloated flesh, and leaving Laura grunting in pain. Another spoon and shoved in her mouth. Stop. And another. Mmpphh. Derek flicked Lauras nipple, sending pain and pleasure radiating through both breasts, causing Laura to yelp. She was fed several more spoons.
Just do what youre told, said Derek.
Laura helplessly nodded. She weakly accepted the spoon into her own hand, and dutifully placed the next heaping portion into her mouth.
And try to enjoy the process, wont you?
Laura could do little more than nod. She could taste the animal fatteners the bitter after taste that accompanied each bite. Her stomach gurgled.
Derek took to rubbing large circles upon her belly, almost soothingly, but Laura knew better. Dereks hand slid down to Lauras swollen lips, causing Laura to redden. Derek began to stroke it, and Laura could do little more than whimper as she tried to continue to eat. Every day, her portions seemed to be steadily increasing. And it was a daily struggle to get it all down.
After an hour of the eating, fondling, and struggling, Laura was finally done. She held her mouth, consumed by nausea.
You know the consequences of throwing up, Derek warned.
Laura did. It had happened three days into her captivity there. Derek had forced her to eat an additional meal as punishment, and Laura had been in so much pain, shed thought shed burst.
Laura lowered her hand from her mouth, and tried to breathe, tried to think of anything but being sick. Derek disappeared into the kitchen.
When Derek returned, he had a milkshake in hand. The shakes were always massive. They had to be at least a liter. He placed it in front of Laura.
Allowing herself to hesitate only briefly, Laura closed her lips around the straw.
After it was over, Laura went to her room and tried to relax. She sat on her bed, leaning against the headboard, gently holding the tight, pressurized mass of her stomach. It was so big. It was wider than she was.
Laura looked up as Derek entered the room.
Derek sat beside her on the bed, before reaching over, and pulling up her shirt, if just to appreciate the sight of her massive belly. Derek pulled the shirt higher, and surveyed Lauras breasts how they were bulging more heavily than ever from the bra, just short of popping out.
Theyre moving along nicely, said Derek lecherously. How big do you think they are by now?
Laura breathed. Maybe Ds? she said weakly. She had to play along. It was the only way to stay safe.
Derek reached round her, and unclasped the bra, leaving Lauras breasts to perch on her belly. They were so round, and full, too perfect to look natural.
Derek leaned down, and Laura groaned as Derek took to sucking her right nipple. Lauras back arched, her face reddening and body twisting. Derek sucked and sucked, seconds turning to minutes as he abused Lauras right breast, before Derek pulled back and took to sucking the left one. When it was over, Derek pulled back to again admire the mounds, and Laura just gasped for breath. Both Lauras nipples were now swollen and dark, breasts wobbling as her chest heaved. The mounds looked rounder and fuller than ever. Derek I
oh god, I
Laura sunk against the headboard, passing out.
Days passed. Derek provided Laura with a variety of large, low cut shirts, from which her cleavage seemed to bulge out of more and more each day. They had gotten so swollen, they had to be Es or something by then, her nipples always hard, and protruding almost painfully. She could feel Derek staring at them a lot. But Laura was more concerned as her belly began to stick out at the bottom of the shirts despite how much she tugged them down.
Her belly was positively massive, and heavy. Laura was scared for the triplets. And scared for herself. It was outlandish that shed even been able to get this far along. Most multiple pregnancies didnt reach term, but she was over a month overdue.
When not eating, Laura spent a lot of time trying to take it easy, and stay calm. The better things would be for the babies.
Derek walked into her room one day. Youve been freeloading here long enough. I need you to clean the kitchen.
Laura stared at him in shock. Youre holding me here against my will. Im nearly five weeks overdue with your babies. And youve been pumping them with so much fat, I can barely even carry them anymore. She grunted as her belly trembled and rubbed it soothingly.
Get up, said Derek flatly. He tossed her a piece of fabric. Take off your shirt and put this on.
Laura knew she had no choice but to listen. It took her a moment to climb into an upright position. She examined the fabric she had been tossed it was an apron. Laura stared at it for a moment, her face reddening in anger. Just another demented perversion. She pulled off her shirt and pulled the apron on, her breasts bulging against the top and nipples close to visible.
Now just in the apron and a small pair of shorts, Laura took another few moments to get up to her feet. Panting, she followed Derek into the kitchen, and was stunned by what a mess it had become. The sink was piled with dishes, the floor and counter covered in spills.
You have got to be kidding, said Laura.
Get to work, Derek ordered.
Laura started with the sink. She could barely reach into it, with her massive belly pressing against it, but she just managed. She loaded the dishwasher with difficulty leaning down then up again, her belly heaving and back straining to support it.
Laura moved on to wiping the counters, the mass of her belly again giving her difficulties. She was breathless by then, and was nowhere near diligent, but didnt care. Her body was trembling, forehead pouring sweat. The babies were tight and squirming within her, and she wasnt sure she could support them much longer.
Laura did a haphazard mop job, Derek observing her all the while. Laura huffed and puffed, her belly feeling as though it was pulsating. Derek stood by, watching her intently. He even went as far as plucking his dick out of his pants to stroke himself.
When Laura was finished, she shoved the mop into Dereks chest. She barely made it to the living room, where she collapsed in a chair.
