🕑 Added 2025-08-12 16:41:45 +0000 UTC
Hi. In today's episode, Katy, Cody, and Jonathan talk about Trump's Monday morning speech, where he discusses plans to federalize the DC police because Big Balls was allegedly assaulted, or because there is a large population of unhoused people; it isn't clear what his excuse is. They discuss the CDC shooting and the conspiracies that contributed to it, and then they get into Hegseth's senior pastor's fringe, misogynistic, bad ideas.

One guy mentioned a parallel to the night of long knives for Trump sending troops into Washington. It kind of makes sense. More of a tactic to scare opposing politicians while also terrorizing citizens to get what he wants

Hegseth was probably drunk tweeting. Every time he does something like this his drinking should be questioned and his substance abuse issues should be brought forward again. He said he would work on matters and he clearly isn't, no one sane and sober would be tweeting that, surely? And if not, surely he can explain why he thinks something so laughable should be seriously considered. We know he won't because no one has the balls to actually question him harshly but the option is there.
