It doesn't like, matter, but I wanted to say that "discreet" means unobtrusive, but "discrete" means distinct or separate. So to use Akilah's example, black Americans would be a discrete group that face discrimination, but the fact that they are black and the racism they face isn't usually discreet

Haven't listened to the podcast yet, but to chime in on the subject: In the run-up to the Gulf War starting in Fall of 2002, *Pat Buchanan* was the leading "America First"/ "paleocon" type to loudly oppose W's & the neocons' adventurism abroad. His supporters tried to elbow their way into the antiwar coalition we were building at the time. We told them to kick rocks. We Are Not The Same And no, you absolutely *do not* have to hand it to them.
