Probably not, since it sounds like the domain comes out of the beads themselves, not his metaphorical gate. It’ll probably just bee like his phantom mana, he will have a non renewable stock with the added complication that if the clone doesn’t make it back he loses that bead forever. (The ability to mark locations requires him to concentrate on the mark while heading back, so I assume a mark made by a clone who doesn’t return doesn’t remain).

How will these beads react with Obatala's decree ? Will he be able to further improve his domain by supercharging it ? Or allow any future clone to permanently have a domain after using it once ?

Life is a rare affinity. It is not a composite of others and any rare affinity + something else is unstable and thus a no go. Essentially her water can only mix with other elements to make ice steam mud etc.

Can Elaine get the life affinity somehow with her other water core? I think water + something might make life but I don't know what composition makes life in this universe.

He had fire and air in separate cores. He could produce light by fusing them, but now he gets two other composite affinities by default and can also produce light and others with some extra work

And if he keeps his connection to his main body Empowered, he can send mana to his clone. Doesn't that mean he can use a lot more of his abilities.

Merry Christmas. So the clones can now use a hour worth of percys domain? Even if it is somewhat less precise. That's big having basically a purple domain for all hosts, it might also enable his external domain runecrafting if the scribing trait can bend the stiff will.
