Jim is honestly a perfect example why the town people should not know everything that goes on and the people in charge need to keep some stuff secret. Not everybody handles information the same. Like Jim just told a hot headed guy this is all a experiment and that guy admittedly went to acussing some of the town's people of being involved in it which in turn will directly lead to conflict among each other. Giving people information you have obtained without really knowing anything yourself can lead to alot of chaos. That's why gathering more information first is crucial before telling others.

Jim is so annoying with his "they're watching us" & "that's what they want you to think" conspiracy theory. I'm not saying he's wrong but he doesn't have to be so annoying about it. He is disrespecting Victor and he wouldn't have much of a family without Victor, who literally saved his daughter and wife.
