Need help deciding what CYOA concept to write about!

I've been doing a load of other things in the last few days, including commissions, I plan on publicly uploading completed ones in bulk by the end of the month!
Now with that out of the way, I have a quick query: a few days ago I proposed the thought of doing a text-based TG/TF CYOA thing! After reading your feedback, I'm seeing that a scifi-ish direction is the most popular suggestion, and I've currently got two different ideas that I'm in different stages of conceptualizing, and wanna know which one sounds like the one you'd like to see.
Bear in mind, I plan on writing this as a sorta warm-up project for fun, and likely will not be containing any accompanying art (though lewd TGTF descriptions, maybe!). Also I don't plan on there being too many outcomes (dozen at absolute max), though things may be subject to change later down the line if there's enough interest for it :D
Two ideas!
Concept 1: Guy gets beamed up into the lab of an alien scientist who is curious about humans... and what happens if she modifies them with different "alien" traits (the process just HAPPENING to turn him female). Results in lots of fantastical monster girl-esque changes! (ie catgirl, slime girl, robot girl, etc.)
Concept 2: Guy wakes up locked in a girl's bedroom (that's not his), finding himself in an experiment by unseen researchers to slowly modify his body/appearance to see how his mind/personality adapts. Results in more mundane "girly" archetypes! (ie gamer/streamer, peppy cheerleader, goth tomboy, etc.)
I won't have a closing deadline for this poll, I just wanna read what the consensus is like before making a decision! I'd love to hear what you have to think on what sounds the most fun, thank you! :D
