For the last three months I've took a lot on my shoulders, there were days when I worked one day for one client, second for another and third for the last one and then all over again without weekends, and even now I still have a contract to finish, and even then I've worked on the world as hard as I could, and now it looks that I've yet failed.
I do have ideas, don't think I don't, I just can't bring them as polished as I would like them to be. More likely, I've diminished in my own eyes due to working on what I don't like, don't practice and thus can't make a high quality pieces as if they were monsters and otherworldly creatures that I adore creating with all of my heart.
Right now what I want to say, that after finishing my contract (hopefully within this week or the next one), I'll finish a few pieces for the project too and then I'll take a break from any kind of complex work and the project itself. I want to try out new things, new designs that won't fit in the world, I would like to experiment with more of a magical beings and just take my sweet time to recover my passion for making art daily without torturing myself each time when I have, I must, to work on something, be it for the client or even for my own, beloved, world.
