I think mountains give more depth to the scene, don't they?
P.S.: or not... now I'm confused and still tired, what do you think, should I remove them or let them be?

the mountains really do add a lot to this piece! it looks more like grass stretches off to the horizon where it looked like the perspective was a little lower and you couldn’t look past the top of the wall of grass
