Khardull: saddles (9-12)

Nope, just kidding.
Yet now I'm kinda frustrated, because Ancients are not the type of greedy little old mans who would love to stuff their bags with various goods. More likely they will have metal cells for crushed food of various sorts mixed all together into nutritious snacks. Their environment really contains 80% of frame threads and matrices that forms literally almost everything - from clothes (armor) and weapons to spaceships and enormous, yet mobile, space stations. Other 20% are tools needed to create frame threads and matrices out of a raw materials, that is igriyeras (animals that consume plants) and frame plants (ones that are consumed and transformed within igriyera's body to be further treated and turned into matrix spheres).
So here is the problem. Ancients despite being advanced civilization became nomads after Ragas have destroyed their home planet that held quite a chunk of their culture and history (I mean, one that is not the war-related stuff), and what it left of it were everything that they had on their spaceships, i.e almost nothing - all the relics, works of art etc. were inside of Reagkhay's vaults and now that it is destroyed, well, everything else is destroyed too.
They are not like us and because they're always hunted by Ragas' armada they can't allow themselves free time for self-expression. Because of it they almost became faceless soldiers in some way. Still they have relationships among themselves, yet everyone is like secluded from one another in the same time.
It sounds really messy, but I just can't find better words for now.
The point is that they don't have nor time, nor reason for useless stuff. Only a few are allowed to create, yet not art, but solutions for a little tail problem in form of new weapon merges and alternative variants of dealing with that "armada" problem.
I wonder how it to constantly live in a place made of frame threads? Sleep, walk and sit on them, look and see them everywhere around you wherever you go. Can be depressing I bet. Yet, at the same time, watching how the energy pulsates through the frame veins, hearing low humming of matrix engines, power of thought that makes your environment change by your will... it's pretty beautiful. There are not that much of light besides energy pulses that comes all way from the ship's nose to its tail - slowly, like lazy waves, - and there are no reason for any more, because they - Gkhalarer aka Ancients - see in the dark as good as in the light of day.
Hmm, I think my English just died somewhere here.
