I feel like she would be the Face to Katrina's Heel. Like she would be her rival. I think it would match to. Katrina is a reptile so she can be the "Cold Blooded killer." While Panacea is warm blooded mammal who's a bovine. "The Motherly Suppressor." something like that.

*Please*. Best I can think of is part of a either win or loss pose where she runs in and heals the wounded player probably an affectionate hug on win and her wheeling in a hospital bed before she crushes them back to fighting condition. That or some kind of assist where she stuns you for a moment but provides some I-frames and heals you, probably with a burst heal belly flop animation.
