Putting a parallax effect in mugen bodied me and I just don't know how to do it perfectly. Some of it requires some math and I am not even sure I know the formula of how to find a value like that. Anyone have any experience with delta in math? Since the value the game engine needs is a value for the change in a background element compared to a foreground element. I have no idea how to find that.
If I can figure that out I may be able to do more effects with it.
