That's a good question. Julian will be high health and damage but I want him to be a lame character so if folks run away from him he may have a bad time. I'm not sure if you noticed though. But the camera flash he creates will stun opponents near it. So its a awkward projectile that can used to fight back.
That poor AI getting zoned and spamming counters. Will Julian get a method for rushing?
