Rapid will be the fastest mobility character I do and the challenge will be to try to gimp him on his damage to not make him too good.
Planned health for him will be 750 to make him easy to take out. For comparison, Jiggly is 900, Bertha is 1200 and Jumbo is now 1250.
If you don't want to use Rapid he would function well as squash fodder too. That may be a better point.

i don't know if your still sticking to a wrestling theme. But if you are, you should make him look like a wrestler or atleast a fighting game character. Even Dan looks like a fighting game character.

He's so small won't he just vanish when squashed? Don't all of them already do that? He also needs a design that matches your other characters.

Not at all. Rapid will be capable and competent at fighting. Its just his stats won't be the usual fair of high health, high damage big bodies.
