You don't really have to anymore since pallets can be saved directly in the sprite files now.

I'm noticing that a lot of the character pallets aren't being used. Some of them aren't specified in the character's .def files, and I'm having to manually re-add those entries in for their corresponding .act files.

I do wanna do something like that. But this week I just wanted to get something playable out for Evo weekend. I made it a personal goal.

The added facesitting for Bertha's ult is great, and I do she has a special win animation if she finishes with her special in the future x3. And everyone seems fun to use to me~
